Kindly cancel this card & return my payment to hsbc credit card with 2 days. & reply me with immediate on my mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in & mobile No. [protected], & I also tried so many time on your delhi no.[protected]. but not cannected & call end response & also 2 nos mail already sent you to from diningplus card from mumbai office on 21.06.12 & 22.06.12 but not responce, If any thing charges & penelty from hsbc is on your responsibility only not mine.

I contacted HDFC as their card was charged. I was overwhelmed by the nature of their response. they took up the case and within the stipulated time ( 3 months) i have received a letter from HDFC that the matter is resolved and as the member bank could not produce any document for authorization of transaction, the case is in my favour and i need not pay Rs. 5499 as it was charged by dining plus.
Talk to HDFC bank.
They are having details of your card, in your best interest i think you should block this card and apply for a new one to save yourself from a greater risk in the future.
