Worst internet service...It always frequently gone and frequently speed is very slow. If make a complaint regarding not working than they close ticket directly without informing customer, as per them if net showing working on their system that means net is working, not necessary to call customer and confirm. If make complaint regarding slow browsing then it will take 3-4 days for resolution and never get call for service. Mail service is also worst never get reply from their side.

The worse ISP I have seen till now even not worth of giving 1 star hope i could able to give 0 star to them. Speedwise good but the service they provide is not worth at all. For a 5 min work they will take atleast 5 days to solve your problem and will only say one thing we dont have mens to operate when you will visit their office, than why they have opened a company better close it if they dont have mens. Every week there will be some or other problems in their connections and takes 3 to 5 days to resolve and facing this since long.
In this pandemic most of them works from home so for solving a single problem if they takes more than a 5 days than our job goes in a risk.

My2nd email and I might have called 100 time to DNA but no clue on what's happening.customer care numbers are not reachable calls get disconnect automatically when you try to reach them.
Almost a week now and my work is getting too much affected now.
I would have understood if I would have got a understanding from you that it might take a weeks time . I would have taken appropriate measures or moved to a better place for work till the time things get sorted out.
This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible behaviour from DNA ..

Horrible experience. My internet is not working for almost 10 days these people don't care to help. Customer care always keep me on hold for almost an hour and many times i have to call 3- 4 times a day to talk to customer care. Even after 10 days of my complaint they are not doing anything to help us. Customers care people have no idea when my problem will be resolved. Every time when i call them they just say it takes 4-5 days to resolve. This is so frustrating. I can't work like this during coronavirus. I am stuck as i have already paid these people for three months. And even other times also they just give poor service.

I am not getting network for last three weeks. I already paid the due amount for three months. During the lock down period, for one month there was no connection even if we paid the money. Now also even after requesting many times, we are not getting the service. We are in need of connection, as the on line classes are going on. This company gives the worst service to the customers and they always have down time. Even after submitting a complaint they take weeks to resolve the issue. They don't even compensate for the problem customers face. I want a compensation for the complete month as they always have a down time specifically on week offs although i have rotational week offs

expiry date of monthly rental plan changes.

My usere id is "kirant" and i am using monthly rental plan "infy1mbpsmultd" having monthly rent of rs.531/-. The expiry date of this plan is reducing. When i renewed this plan in august 2017, the expiry date of plane was 27th september 2017. While in september 2019, the expiry date is mentioned as 17th october 2019.

This is very bad internet service provider my user ID is mahesh_thakur as I am facing every issue that internet is not working once time come for plan renewal then they call us even when I complain engineer visit after many days then doing something and tell us that it is working after that again it was not working totally my whole month wasted without internet take a serious action against DNA else give me permanently solution I am not satisfied with service here I have official work which I can do at my place but if my DNA internet is not working then how can I do

they don't provide good service
Internet provide nahi karte hai roz roz ka ek he baat bolte hai enginers visit karenge aapke ghar pe. Lekin koi engineers nahi aate hai morning mai customer care ko call karo to bolte hai area issue hai isliye hum individual engineers aapke ghar pe nahi visit karwa sakte. Uske baad net aata hai 6:30 ya 7 pm tak uske baad jaise he 8pm hota hai net itna slow ho jata hai ki gmail tak open nahi hota. Fir customer care ko call karo to bolte hai engineers morning mai visit karenge aapke ghar pe. Fir morning mai call karo to fir bolte hai area issue hai engineers visit nahi karwa sakte apke ghar pe individually roz ka ek he ratta mara hua baat bolte hai ye log. Bahut pareshan ho gayi hu mai dna infotel internet provider se ab aap log he kuch suggest kariye kaya kare hum thank you.

This company is a fraud my username is sanjaykumar_1 my connection got stopped on18th december and i did a complaint on 19th december early morning 2:40 am then they told the issue will be resolved in 24working hours and as they said they did not resolved my problem in 24working hours and then after 2days a technician came and then he told me that there is a power backup issue and he will get it fixed by evening but he lied and never came back and then again i called back the customer service so they keep saying that they have updated the request it will be resolved now when i called them they are being rude and saying that it will take more 2days then i told them that i had to bare loss of 1.25lac bcoz of not having internet and not getting my work done, so they said thats not are fault it's ur fault so i when i told him that if i pay u the money every month so u should give me my connection from my own house why from others house they went quite even they don't guide customers in a proper way they fool us...
So i do a humble request to consumer service to shutdown their company license so that they don't cheat more customers further is my contact number [protected] so i[censored] have any question u can ask directly, i request u to please shut it down...

Dear team,
I'm using dna infotel from last 9 month but this company not provide proper service to client my internet connection was not working from 6th oct and i was register complain on 10th oct but no response from dna saying same thing ur internet will active withing 2 days 2days.
I'm calling to customer support after every two but they saying same thing every time ur internet will active withing 2 days but no one come for visit to check what is the problem..

Cheating by showing wrong plans

My internet speed is 1mbps @ 2mbps moon walker plan i should get 128kb downloading spped (1mbps) & 250kb downloading speed (2mbps) but getting 100kb @ 200kb total 80kb is lost per day. I had paid 6318rs for one year plan. I was geeting proper 1mbps @ 2mbps speedtill jna 2017 but from february it started this problem i had registerd the complaint but they are saying u are getting proper speed as menstion.

First of all company ki service bahot bekar hai. ghatiya se bhi gai gujri hai. Ye ek aisi company hai jaha ke customer care walo ko bhi exactly kya problem hai wo pata nahi rehta. Sab log alag alag problem batate hai. chutiye jaisi company ko chalu rakhne se accha hai band kar do atlist iss wajah se koi pareshan toh naa ho.

i am a handicapped due to car accident and not able to travel everyday and facing problem so the company helped me to work from home i took net connection from DNA in virar mumbai and they are not at all looking in to the complain what i am facing as my internet is not working and everyday i am complaining for the same i requested them many i can not travel to the office also and fight for the same as my accident issue my company trusted me and gave me Work from Home so atleast my bread and butter will keep working and i can support my family... this company dont have any managers and techincal support and do not have proper customer support as well to help me work from home evryday i have to complain and fight the issue
i have everthing on documents and hence i am filing this complain and also requesting you to look into this ...
if i loose my job i will be nowhere and the total loss will have to be taken by the DNA Internet Company for not giving me services ...
i have everything on mail and recorded conversations and complain nos with me from the day i have taken the connection till dated please help me out

Poor customer service
DNA infotel's internet connection is poor, no denying that. But what is more frustrating, their poor customer service. They tend to provide so called features for logging complaints but they hardly care about customer's troubles. They provide whatsapp feature to log complaint but hardly pay any attention to that. Their customer care numbers are either busy, or switched off. They provide android application to raise complaint but they close those complaints without resolutions or even without concerning you. I have been calling them for 12 days (after trying for countless times) and everyday they promise that engineer will visit your home, but they never do. They don't even reply to your emails ([protected]@dnainfotel.com) for months. In short, very poor customer service and data connection. I am tired of it, but as we all know, there is not much of an option in my area, that is why I have to stick to this service provider

I subscribed to Rs. 6019 6 month Moonwalker 1024kbps/2048kbps day/night plan in Virar East from DNA Infotel on 6th June 2015. After 3 days the connection was activated by the engineer. It only worked for the next 24 hours.Since that day I have called DNA Infotel on their toll free [protected] at least 2-3 times every day. I hv sent them numerous whatsapp msgs. I hv visited their virar west office twice physically. And Im still without internet. This whole experience has been very frustrating and i have no idea what to do. every time i call or msg or visit them, they say they will send an engineer. yest when i went there thereceptionist said that their engineers called us twice and our nos were unreachable.that is a joke. there's full mobile reception for both the nos we have provided at r residence. Please help if you can.
