Dolphin Bus Service Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir
Undersigned booked a ticket from cuttack to champa by dolphin bus on 13/05/2019. My ticket no. Is 009647 and seat no is sl-2. But on 14/5/2019 morning at about 8.45 am bus conductor and driver has told me that get down here your dropping point has reached. Then i told him it is not champa where i used to get down regularly. But he told that root is closed and we are not going to champa, then i told him that since long this root is closed and we are regularly coming to champa through dolphine bus only. Three days back also i get down to champa in the morning and picked up the bus from champa at the evening. So telling that we are not going champa is wrong. Then i asked him why you have not told us earlier while booking the ticket or before reaching to the dropping point. But then they keep quite and told me that you pickup bus from here to champa and after getting down i came to know that it is urga approximate 35 km away from champa (Nearer to korba). Now who will give the fare from urga to champa and compensation of harassment at urga to pick up the vehicle.

On 23rd july 2016 i was travelling for raipur, but in the morning i had a call from dolphin office that the ac bus not travelling today, so they give a option for travel in non-ac bus or cancel the ticket. so, i choose the second option cancelled my tickets of dated 23rd july 2016 (cuttack to raipur, seat no-15, in ac bus) and dated 24th july 2016 (raiput to cuttack, seat no-19, in ac bus). his staff told me that sir your ticket will be cancelled from our side, and your amount will refunded to your respective account number. but till i have not receive my money, when i call to office they told sir you can call after sometimes. i have call more than 5 times but there is no response from their side. very sorry to say that the service of dolphin bus is now going to down.

I have booked and travelled on 15.06.13 from Raipur to Angul By Dolphin Air-condition Sleeper coach AIRBUS ,leaves Raipur at 8:PM TICKET NO.065481 in 1 sleeper and 2 sitting ticket.It started 30min late due to Some belt Broken in AC System but after leaving with in 30 min. Air conditioners stopped, on our request they have neither repaired nor refund AC charges and travelled .On failure of AC One of their crew member misbehaved and one of them act like some passenger and ask all not bother about repair travel as it is.as I travel many time to or from raipur Bhilai, found Such incidence often occurred in Dolphin AC buses, they save their Fuel by not running/not repairing AC System and without Any refund cheat us?They must refund us AC CHARGES BECUSE OF FAILURE.In future thy must Kept serviced their Bus before Start the journey.

A horrendous journey in Dolphin bus last night from Bhubaneswar to Ranchi with people sitting in the passage on floor and A.C. turned off with foul smell of sweat all around.. It was a complete nightmare and when I asked the driver to at least switch on the AC, He surprisingly replied "shut up and take your seat" :(
What adds to the woes is that during our argy- bargy, none of the passengers came in ma support or I would better say "To stand against the wrongdoing"
