I am female (25), i have booked blood test online and the lal pathlabs executive came in the morning to collect my blood sample on 27 oct 2018. I got my report on 27 oct, 2018 at 1:04 pm. I was diagnosed with dengue fever antigen, ns1, eia, serum. This report was completely wrong with hb count as 14.90, but it was later found to be 11.2. Almost all count is wrong including basophils, neutrophils, eusinophils.

Thrice i called customer care and every time they are saying mam report is ready you can see after 30 mins. Till now (10:30 pm) my report is not online. My mother go through some tests in dr. Lal pathlabs east delhi and there is a discount for senior citizens. My mother is 64 and when we call there customer care and asked them for a senior citizen discount they told me that there management has made the policy that 65+ person is senior citizen. So for dr lal pathlabs 65+ person is senior citizen.
Please take my complaint as these people are doing fraud....

I have given the blood sample for two tests on 26 dec 2017 in dr lal path lab sector 40 gurgaon. I was told that you can collect the report in the evening. But i get the report for only one test and for other test which is allergy individual markers, aspergillus fumigatus.
