Already it's 7 days still i didn't receive my missing goods.
And no compensation for my damaged goods.

Dear Sir,
Regret to say that, I had sent 14 nos. packets through your Expres movers &packers from Bangalore to Balasore, Odisha-756001 on 23.03.2023 and paid Rs. 12000/- for your service charges of delivery . But I received 13 packets myself and one toy has been delivered to me instead of my one box on 29.03.2023. I had complained several times to the incharge of Bangalore office no 45# 4th Cross Hossa Road Electronic City, Bangalore- 560100, but he was not giving any satisfactory answer and my packet has not been traced out till yet. Now your authority is not receiving my phone or whatsapp message.
Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue towards delivery of my packet as early as possible.

Complaints against ExpressPackerswithmovers

I had a very horrifying experience from Expresspackerswithmovers, against my household shifting from Delhi to Trivandrum. I got this service provider via Shift Easy who acclaims that they provide authenticated service providers. Mr. Anand is the person who coordinates and very soft-spoken person, he chased me regularly for taking their service by stating that the packing and delivery would be hassle free and ensured that once loaded it will be unloaded at the destination only and will be door to door service and the stuff will be unpacked by them, as for them they give utmost importance to their customer. The deal was closed by Mr. Anand who was the single POC coordinating from ExpressPackerswithmovers. On 14th Mar’23, 4 people arrived for the packing the household items, initially they did the packing well and after 2-3 packing they started doing hurry and where I pointed out and requested them kindly do not deviate from the standards of packing which Mr. Anand promised i.e. 3 layer packing. They left at 5:00 P.M on 14th Mar’23 after demanding the additional tip 500/- saying they don’t get from the company. They confirmed that they will directly load the in the truck which is ready to leave tonight for Selum (TN) and will provide the recording after loading the household stuff. One Person named Gurpal gave me the invoice after everything got packed and loaded and didn’t mention anything that there will be hidden conditions. With trust on the statements of Mr Anand i expected that things will go smooth, and things will be delivered safely. But I didn’t receive any recording from Mr. Anand. He asked me to transfer 80% of the total amount initially, based on his commitment I transferred. Even after continuous follow up he was not having any update on the transit. On 21st Mar’23 he confirmed that the household stuff will be delivered by 4 p.m., with sheer happiness and the confidence shown by the Expresspackerswithmovers initially doing the deal got shattered as the truck came from another company i.e. Delhivery with the Tag from Balaji to Delhivery who refused to unload the stuff and asked that our job was to deliver from the local hub to customer address. After lot of calls made to Mr. Anand, a new person came into picture and called me whose name was Mr. S.P.Chauhan who was from Balaji packers & movers. The delivery company confirmed that they got the consignment from Balaji and not from Expresspackers, after seeing the condition of the boxes I got to know that it has been mishandled and my items would have damaged. When the packing was opened 90% of items was fully damaged and post reaching out to Mr. Anand, he changed his tone and start stating various conditions against what he confirmed earlier while doing the deal for consignment.
One after the other the unpacked stuff came out as damaged – All electronics items, wooden Alimrah, Crockery, Glass material, Centre table, Office Table, Office Chairs, Photo Frames almost everything. Post asking why they have done this wrong practice of subcontracting to other vendors in order to make profits, they said we are one company only and various others excuses. Mr. Anand said that they will try investigate and help me and asked to share the images of the damaged items.
After sending the images of everything they said we will try to compensate against the damages and by the evening they started refusing for everything Mr S.P Chauhan started talking me in wrong tone and the soft spoken Mr. Anand also started mis behaving with me asked me to give remaining balance amount then they will see what best they can do. However, understood they have big nexus of doing frauds and extracting money from customers with false commitments and least bothered for customers items. This is very disheartening and disappointing experience.
I have expressed the detailed incidence so that no one should fall in their trap, the portal Shift easy is promoting these aggregators who doesn’t have any principles. Mr. Anand from Expresspackerswithmovers and Mr. S.P Chauhan from Balaji Packers are doing fraud by false commitments with customers just to get the deal and let the customer get harassed later. Kindly don’t get influenced with them. They have this policy of damaging customer household items and claiming insurance from the company to make more money. There is no ethics and principles, and they have intention and purposely does such activities to claim more money.

Hi, During lockdown time I have contacted Express team to pack my items and keep it in storage in Pune city .When I came back to take my items I got some of the items missing and quite lot of items broken, major ones damaged are sofa set, bed ply missing, mattress damaged, I have sent pictures to express team But they are not bothered to look into those and didn't give a solution to problem . Its been more than a month I have been chasing the express team guys and no one is responding to the issue. Also I have already paid for insurance .
I want my items back, if it can be repaired, let me know the cost the company can pay for damage .
If this is not done in time then I m going to take legal action against this.

I have taken this service to move my belongings from kolkata to banaras.. I am currently living in banaras due to lock down i was unable to go kolkata that is why i booked the service of packers and movers... They told me that they will show properly the weighting of the package but after availing this service they refuse to show the actual weight and said they have done the weightage and its 46kg and made the bill accordingly... I have argued about it then the person in charge said he will no deliver the product then he got agreed to that on the arrival of the package you can do the weighting of the package.. Today on 13th july my package arrived and i checked the weight and it came out 23kg+10kg= 33 kg in total after that i consult the peson in charge to charge the right amount then he started arguing andtold to pay whole amount which ever is metioned... I request you to handle this matter in the right maner i have all the call recordings and chats alsoo which i show if required.

I took xpress packers and movers services for my 2bhk household from noida to bangalore on 2nd jan, 2020. First of all they cheated by not informing about the complete charges. They have a strategy of packing the goods and before loading their leader mukesh [protected] would come and tell you about insurance etc.. They charged 6300 /- for insurance. With a promise of 7 days delivery and later 8-9 days, i started chasing them from 14th jan. 2020. I received my goods on 22nd jan, 2020 i. E 20 days and that too with unprofessionals. The best part is nobody would pick calls, if picked, would be rude, all numbers on site are fake. All fake site. I had to request driver, labor to deliver, unpack goods literally. My 4 chairs went missing, center table's glass was broken, bike was broken from side handle scratches, dressing table is broken from side. All pathetic services. Also they asked me to unload bike which resulted in an injury on my legs. I am still under medication. This packers and movers must be banned immediately. When spoke about insurance, they disagreed to cover any loss in a rude tone. Me being a simple guy would not have time to fight and that's where these # win.

I had shifted to mohali from delhi in june 2018. For shifting of household goods, i engaged express packers and movers delhi. They charged around rs 29, 000 which included insurance amount of rs 4, 050 and green tax amount of rs 1, 500. After the arrival of goods, i asked for the policy and green tax receipt so that i can claim reimbursement and i was assured that same will be delivered in 2-3 days... I have been constantly following them via mails, phone and whatsapp but still not able to get the documents needed. Please help in getting my money or the documents.

Transported household goods from delhi to mohali on 27/06/2018. Bill was for rs. 29, 350/- which included insurance amount of rs. 4, 050/- and green tax amount of rs. 1, 500/-. After delivery of goods, i asked for the insurance policy and tax receipt which they promised would be delivered soon. But till date the same has not been provided. I have been following them on mail, phone and whatsapp but their promises are unending. From last 3-4 days, they have even stopped picking my calls. You are requested to kindly assist in getting the insurance policy and tax receipt so that i can claim reimbursement or help in getting the refund.

This is to bring in your kind notice that we have hired express packers and movers pvt ltd for our household material shifting from kolkata to bangalore. They packed and took all our furniture and household items on 28th august 2017 form our kolkata residence and promised to deliver at bangalore address within 3 days. But till date we have not received our belongings. Whenever we call the contact person mr. Rajesh kumar either he does not pick up the phone or if he picks up then his answer is he does not know where the materials are right now. Everyday he tells us that the materials will be delivered to our bangalore address the very next day but till now we are waiting for it. He is not giving bangalore warehouse details or address nor he is delivering the materials. They took rs.33260 as their charge but not giving their service.

We would like to lodge an official complaint against mr. Rajesh kumar of express packers and movers pvt ltd as he cheated us. Kindly find the details of the packers below and do the needful.
