I am Karan Singh and i use FantasyPower11 for playing fantasy sports like cricket. I am trying to withdraw my winnings but it gets rejected and again gets reflected in my wallet after some days. Winning/ withdrawal amt is 23000/-...

Sir i had done a transaction of rs 300 on 23 jun 2020 at 1615 hrs through paytm to fantsy power 11. Transaction was successful and my bank account was debited but my fantasy power 11 wallet is not credited yet
I had contactec paytm several times they were telling that we had transferred your amount to fantasy power 11 at the same time then I had contactec fantasy power 11 app several times through phone and mail but they are not responding...

Im the user of fantasypower11 since an year and the issue is the app crashing all the time in last minutes and we were unable to edit our teams. There is no proper customer support to contact or to talk. They are not even cancelling the leagues and organizing them where er're loosing obviuously. There are many people like this dont know where to contact....

I have withdraw my amount of rs 3750 on dated june 25, 2019 at 9:24 am. But till now i didn't receive my amount in my bank account. My bank account no is {protected}. Apart from this, they are not responding my calls, emails as well as whats app chat. I am following with them everyday. But no response at all. Kindly help. I am a registered user of fantasypower11 app. My login id is [protected]@gmail.com. I had rs 1596/- winning amount in my fantasypower11 wallet & i submit a request to withdraw the same amount to my paytm number on[protected]. But the amount got deducted & never got transferred to my paytm account. I have written to them multiple times but no response from them. The transaction is also not reflected in my statements. Please look into the matter...
