Without order being delivered, Fraazo sent me a message saying order was delivered to you by our delivery boy and changed the order status to delivered in the app. I reached out to support and contacted them atleast 50 times for my refund. They did not give any and sent me a fake screenhot saying your refund has been issued. Such a fraud company. Please take severe action against them. Was this information helpful? |
