My prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. Please unsubscribe my subscription of FUSION LOUNGE where I never subscribed. I also request you to take necessary action against this illegal activity of charging of subscription without any consent of the customer. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Hi, I am using bsnl prep[aid mobile [protected] . Two time rs 5 is deducted from my account saying thank you for activating fusion lounge from +[protected]. I don't even know what is the fusion lounge. I called customer care and saind to de activate the service yesterday. It is not deactivated , infact the deducted rs 5 to day 12.08pm. Please consider this as a complaint and and please do refund my lost 10rs

in next two days i get message from 64611015 stating you've been renewed for Fusion lounge Animation subscription service on airtel...
