A few weeks ago some one called From BSNL, Kolkata about Games on Demand
which I did not clearly understood. First I agreed but soon after I realized that this kind of game I did not want. And on the same day I called the same person not to
activate this game for my Phone nO.[protected]. He agreed to deactivate.

Today, Sept. 1, I received a call from someone of BSNL, Mumbai (Phone No.
[protected]...

I AM HAVING BSNL GAMES ON DEMAND SERVICE ACTIVATED ON[protected], WRONGLY. NOW I WANT TO DISCONNECT THE BSNL GAMES ON DEMAND SERVICE, IMMEDIATELY, AS AT PRESENT I DO NOT REQUIRE IT. BSNL GAMES ON DEMAND SERVICE IS CHARGING RS 200/- PER MONTH.

HENCE, IT IS KINLDY REQUESTED TO DISCONENCT THE GAMES ON DEMAND SERVICE ACTIVATED ON[protected], AT THE EARLIEST.

HOPE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD....

i have not demanded "game on demand" service from bsnl on my broad band connection telephone no[protected].but anyhow BSNL have included the charges for the same in my broadband bill, hence i request BSNL to refund the charges collected so far and stop / deactivate the game on demand service from my broadband connection no[protected] immediatly and confirm the deactivation by phone /e mail.
