HI, I had got my Samsung Washing machine repair done with Glotech Services, He charged Rs- 5650 and said it will Cover 1 year warrant,
I got the service done on 18-Oct-22 and machine stopped working on 15-Nov-22. Since then I am trying to reach them and non of them are picking our calls.

Dear all
Please dont for glotech services for any type of electronic services. These people are completely cheating and taking more money.
Recently i gave my washing machine for service he charged me 3600 for board repair and general services, but with in 4 months the same issue repeated. When i tried to call no response from them.
Moreover i enquired with other service they are charging for new board with service 3200.br...

The service center address is:
#290, 2nd cross, 8th block, koramangala, bangalore - 560034

The service center doesn't give proper bill for service charges and parts replaced. They also don't provide any tax paid receipt.

They have charged me rs 4800 for replacing motor of my machine and rs 1400 for machine servicing. But they didn't give me any tax paid bill or warranty card.
