This complaint is with regards to an order for a Refrigerator from Godrej,
This order was placed on 6th May 2022, application number:2358900 on my mother's name V Anuradha, and booking amount of Rupees: 500\- were paid to the sale executive Aravind Chary with Sales Executive code: 924086. Since then, there was no response from him and delivery is yet to happen

Tried reaching Godrej support, did...

I had purchased a Godrej hit racquet dated 26.10.2021 and product not working after a week as per the terms and conditions given by the company the product is within warranty period. I had claimed for the warranty from their official website but no response from the company ....

No value for new customers. Unskilled staff....

Worst service centre authorized by Godrej. - no bill provided. no service provided
They sent a technician, Akbar ( [protected]) to check the Washing Machine, told the machine needs replacement and charges are 2600/-. Akbar charged 450/- DID NOT PROVIDE Bill or Acknowledgement. We have purchased a frize on 24/06/2018 but from the date of beginning it is out of order. We have done three complaints but yet to be resolved. Last engineer said that it's compressure have to change. It's wiil be time taken process but not said about actual time.

Purchesed godrej ac
From last 3 month its not working, it has to serviced and maintained and i am calling customer care they always saywithin 24 hour, it will be done. From last 3 months i am facing problem from customer care as they are not taking any action. Local technition also not responding.
I need to repair or replace ac as it is not working and in warranty period....

I had purchased a godrej split ac in april 2017 from a major dealer in ernakulam. The ac apparently has a one year service warranty. Within few operations, water started leaking from the ac. I raised a complaint with the

I have purchased godrej wardrobe h, i was promised that it will be delivered to home, whereas the delivery persons dropped at ground floor of apartment and they told that technicians will deliver at home and our duty is to dump the product.
