Ac was not working and complaint was made to voltas with Sr no - [protected],
Voltas team verified that Compressor needs to be replaced on[protected], still now no response, they are saying compressor is not available, pay 28000 and we will give you a new AC. My Voltas Vectra elite 1.5 ton AC, which I had purchased on 25 June 2023, is still in it's warranty period, and it's outdoor unit Printed Circuit Board, had burnt on 22 May 2023, which needs to be replaced. I had registered my issue to Voltas on the same day and the engineers came to check the issue the next day, i.e. on 23 May 2023 and they told has that Printed Circuit Board needs to be replaced. I have complained several times about my AC not functioning(cooling) properly and from starting there is somewhat problem is there and even after several complaints no response from the company side . After calling several times the technician comes and go by giving false hopes and claiming and also changed the gas but the problem still exist and now even service technician is not attending any calls and by seeing and experiencing all these...

AC cooling is less . Need to check the leakage of Gas.
I have purchased this AC 3 years back and every year there is a problem of gas leakage. I think the product quality needs to be checked...

In this regard I am complain about my ac compressor not working while it is warrenty period. The technician visit and service centre order a new compressor and after 15 days neither the change a new compressor not they provide the satisfactory reason for delay of delivery this part. Both the coustomer care and service centre are talk so bad manner, I can't describe it. I am humbly requested to you please dispose my problem as soon as possible.
