Gramin Seva Complaints & Reviews

In North delhi Gramin Seva auto are overcharging fare per passenger. The fare is Rs. 15 from GTB Nagar to Burari (To and Fro) but they are charging Rs. 20 per passenger by their own without any fear of challan or complaint. When passenger ask them why they are charging overcharge they misbehave. Please look into this matter.

DL 2W 4452 Gramin seva driver was very rude and misbehaving with single lady passengers.

Also gramin seva drivers are not allowing auto drivers to pick the passengers on Najafgarh sbji mandi to Jhroda kalan route.

Kindly look into the matter as it's not safe for single lady passengers to walk out from the house.

Distance between keshav nagar and Kingsway camp is 13.4 km. Bus fare from keshav nagar to Kingsway camp is Rs 10. From nathupura to Kingsway camp distance is around 12km, from there gramin seva earlier used to charge Rs 15 to camp, then they increase the charges to Rs 20. During morning these gramin seva pick up passengers from keshav nagar too by charging the same Rs 20 but in return they didn't get ready to go keshav nagar, and if someone agrees ask for Rs 30 charges . Which is not fare at all. I took an auto from Kingsway camp to keshav nagar i said the driver that I'll pay Rs 20 to him he heard me wrong saying Rs 30. When i reached nathupura he asked me to leave or pay Rs 10 more. There was a big banter over this, he collected a lot of driver over there and said them to tell me the fare price nobody said anything . He misbehaved with me and said a lot filthy. The auto number was DL 2W 4359 . When i said him that I'll mark a complaint against you he was very chill about that because they think the gramin seva is private vehicles and they can do what they want to do. Charging this much isn't fare at all and fighting with customers misbehaving with them is also not good . Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

Sir, burari mai garamin seven apni manmarzi k according gaadi chalte hai... Raat ko jo log buarri ki taraf jaane wale hote hai unhe yeh santnagar ya burari school tak utarte hai... Aur phir waha se aage ki sawariyaa baithate hai... Kripya aapse request hai... Inn gramin auto par strictly action kiya jaye... Taaki yeah apni manmarziya na chalye... Aur passenger ko unki complete location tak pahuchaye

में आपको अपनी समस्या से अवगत कराना चाहती हु , में रोज़ सुबह नत्थू पूरा से कैंप ग्रामीण सेवा रूट नंबर 66 का उपयोग करती हु. जिसका रूट नत्थूपुरा से कैंप तक होता है , लेकिन सभी ग्रामीण सेवा के चालक कैंप ना जाकर बुरारी बाई पास तक ही जाते है. और सवारियों को वोही उतार देते है, अगर उनसे इस बात का विरोध करते है तो वो लोग गाली गलोच और दुर्व्यवहार पर उतर आते है, फिर चाहे वो महिला यात्री ही क्यों ना हो. और अगर कोई ग्रामीण सेवा वाला जाने को तैयर होता है तो फिर वो ज्यादा किराया वसूलता है, जिससे सुबह के समय ऑफिस जाने में बहुत परेशानी होती है. इसलिए में कुछ ऑटो वालो के नंबर बता रही हु,
