Front mask was broken within 18 months so can provide @free of cost?

I gave my Maestro vehicle for lockset replacement at madhapur Hero service center in April 2022.
They took almost 2-3 days to replace the lockset
and now it was not working properly

And I gave my Vehicle at Erragadda hero service center yesterday. And I haven't received any call or message from their end about the status and they are not answering my call.
And they said the lock set was not attached properly.
Why are you guys maintaining Cheap products in service centers?
Because of you people my country name Is getting damaged
You need only profit
You no need customer satisfaction

This to inform you about your poor repair services. That 3 week ago away we filled a complaint about our activa in the agency Sector -21, Chandigarh. But there is not any action taken by them yet. This is such a bad service given by you under the guarantee period. We are facing very hard problems due to this as vehicle is not working. My daughter doesn't go to college because of this . Please take some action regarding this.

I had bought a 19th july 2021 HF DELUXE motorcycle from the Aburoad (aakrabhatta) showroom. which has not happened even for a year, the problem came 3-4 times, even today the motor got damaged. please slove it.while i have only march 2000 model of hero honda, it still does not causes any problem, then why there is a problem in it.

Dear sir,

I am Abhishek Thakur from Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh. And my Hero service centre Anu, Distt Hamirpur H.P. Now my fifth service is free.From the very first service I told the service center many times that it does not start.this problem after every one month.Still the service center did not solve this problem.
and today my scooty is not starting again. And how long will I take the pick up on rent again and again and take the scooty to the service center.
please solve it as soon as possible.

I purchased a new hero splendor+ bike from shree shyam honda, Mahendragarh city of Haryana state .I have the following complaints regarding the dealer.

1) They are not providing the good quality helmet while purchasing new bike & they are charging the higher cost the helmet.
2) The staff is not customer friendly all the staff members are rudely in behaviour
3) The owner is never present in the showroom to resolve any disputes between the customers and staff members.
4) They have no facility of fixing the number plate on the bike which is provided by the RTO office.No proper tools they have, customer is facing difficulty of setting/ fixing the Number plate on the bike . Customers are paying their own expense to fixing out the number plate in outside market.

My number is some how add to this app ads. There are so many dating or fraud calls to my number so please remove my number from this app, 's ads otherwise I will complaint to the police. So quickly solve my problem

I bought a new Hero Splendor Plus Black bike whose number is DL8SCW 8525 there but it stops running while traveling i3s version is also not working properly. I went for service in the agency today. I told my problem there, the agency responded. Found it all coming in the bike

Sir I purchased scooty noJK02CQ2098 on 27th Oct 2020from the outlet o[censored]r company at Rehari Chungi Jammu On the very day of purchase it's button was found defective and the prop. O[censored]r outlet assured to solve this problem and kept the scooty 3-4 days in his worskhop but to no effect. Again in the month of February the scooty was taken to his workshop but he informed that it is a manufacturing defect and needs change of wiring which will be done after 3 months because the wiring is not available. & now after his servicing it has created missing problem also . Sir he is avoiding his responsibility & Iam suffering for no reason It is therefore requested to register my complaint & exchange my scooty otherwise Iwill knock the doors of consumer Court. The engine cap which connects from petrol tank to engine, is loosening automatically and oil is seeping from tank to hot engine which may lead to fire anytime. I have requested this to the service center several times but no action is being taken. My bike is 6 months old, xtreme 160r.This happened thrice.

Automatically off at the middle of driving /starting time, it's taking too much time to start the bike.

I have purchased new splendor+ i3s from Sharma automobiles Nangloi 110041 on 7th of october 2020, hence i am very dissappointed with the assest i purchased . From the next i am facing nth no of issues with the bike already, its not giving average i have already filled petrol of rs 1000 and whenever i speedup the bike 40 plus it got stucked and its not happen single time but whenever i speedup its stop working..Also gear are not working properly.

Are you making customers fool?

In past 10 days i already shown this in showroom for 4 time.
I purchased bike for my personal use but its still better for the showcase of your showroom.
I am getting pathetic service from you people . I have spent my money for ride my bike not to set up my purchased bike for your showroom.
Now i dont want again this defective piece again, i want my money back fully at any cost, else i will file complaint in consumer court for fooling customers like this. Please file my refund case as urgency ..

I took 4 days off for get this bike serviced in showroom, they declined my salary because of you poor services.

I spent almost 1000 rs for just 380 apx km. I have wasted my 4 days for my new bike . Is this the service you people are providing?

I purchased bike hero splender i smart in cash then after 1 week back tyre was leaking air then I reached to raghuvir hero near high court jalna road aurangabad, the showroom employyee
did not gave me correct information, they told me "we cant solve your problem go to waluj midc aurangbad ceat tyre godown at long distance from my location.

I am dhananjay gayan, my hero xtreme bike number wb 96l 9250, i am come today hero service centre. I am wait on hours. I told them that i was a little busy to get my car. I had to sit for an hour in order to receive the car. At present i am still sitting. I need to get to an important job and can't go there. Do we have to spend an entire day doing car service?

I bought a splendor plus bike sep-2016 - that time available offer 5 years engine warranty - two years completed - just 44400 km - last two months i have received some different sounds - contact nearest hero service they quot 17000 rupees for service - i am asking few times they said not possible to claim the spare parts - i service my bike nearest local mechanic - he service good - i need your help - i spent my money 12000 something - any possible available please help - hope you will do your best

My bike is hero splendor + i3s 2017 model. I'm from saharanpur i purched in bhagwan motor saharanpur.
I thing they r sell defected bike becouse of so many problm of bike. When i pitched bike handel r not proper some balance and damage so the told after first service we solved. Then service time they r not help. Now after service 4. And for days to go. Then bike are not good to service not proper start and so many problm. Please take some action in bhagwan motor saharanpur.

I purchased new hero duet after 6 months external fuel tank does not closed then i gave it to service centre they told fuel tank wire was deattched after 7 days i again face this problem wire deattched again. And i gave to service centre again very bad respond from the company. This problem faced by many duet user after 1 month fuel tank wire again deattched how many times i face this problem so please hero customer care centre solve this problem permanently

Jis ka kaaran mujhe city jane ma v problem ho rhi kai baar traffic police na v without number bike ka karan kai baar roka hai

No. Hain, mene[protected] ko meri accidental bike claime ke liye hero ke dealer "haritwal motors" bhankrota, jaipur, rajasthan pe di thi tab meri bike ki headlight, left indigator bilkul sahi the light per aage ki taraf thoda sa screcth tha jab mene claim ko band karana chaha or me bike lene haritwal motors per gya[protected] tab meri bike ki headlight puri damaged thi or indigator sahi tha usko b sessore se kaat kar alag kar diya. Waha meri mulakat vijay ([protected]) name ke employee se hui thi. Or mene mana kar diya tha ki bike ka kaam mat karna fir bi mujhse 1280rs. Liye gye 750rs. Estimate charges, 240rs shocker band charge fir b shocker me band hain theek nahi hua or jab mene inki reciept maangi to mana kar diya gaya or kaha gya ki jaha complaine karni ho kar do... Please suggeste ki kya ye dealer ki manmaani aise hi chalegi.

I wish to bring in your kind notice regarding poor services have been provided by your authorised outlet suri automobiles Jhansi.

November 2015 bike was brought having complain of starting and speeding Problem. Bike was delivered having starting pb stating it will rectify when u replace battery raising huge amount of bill of Rs 17000.all engine parts changed including Enjecor assembly.

Meanwhile Battery replaced but pb did not end.
30/07/16 bike again brought for same pb . Serviced but bike was not efficient as used to . Services cost Rs 1260 .

In meantime of bike operation was not satisfactpry because of same pb and remain idle for few months

26/04/17. Bike was again brought for same pb . Bill for services being raised of Rs 5341. Injector asy replacement .

I request u kindly save this fellow from such a huge bI'll due to poor services .

After my first service i was facing the sound problem from engine like (Kar kar). I drop the bike for repair and they charged from me as there is not my fault it was manufacturing defect. After receive the bike same problem comes in my bike and the kar kar sounds is too loud day by day.
