I am not getting water from the past 15- 20 days. Given the complaint to Hyderabad water works department on 3Nov2010, ref. number is 5844. But nobody has turned up and after few days I received the message that my water problem is solved on, got the message on 8Nov2010. Again given the complaint narrating the situation but no response instead the area A.E Mr. Srinivas Reddy saying that there is no labour so due to labour problem it takes...

I have paid online through ICICI BANK the bill of Rs.6506/- on Jun 24th 2010. On repeated requests to both ICICI bank and HMWSSB, the amount paid is not being reflected in the HMWSSB site.

Kindly help and advice to proceed further

Dear sir/madam,

I am Kalpana Raj, resident of Asif Nagar, Near to Mehdipatnam. We are facing the water supply problem in our area. Water supply is very low from the last 30 days. We are getting Water supply for every two or three days once and that too for very low pressure only half an hour.

We are facing lot of problems as we are not able to get enough drinking water also. We are also not getting bore water...

I have paid bill using online bill payment in http://www.hyderabadwater.gov.in/wworks/
for my CAN#[protected], when I contacted the bill juction customer care they were telling the bill cleared, but It is showing still pending

any help is apprisiated...

We reside at6-57, Road No: 56 A, Chaithanyapuri, Hyderabad 500060 (Kothapet). W have been experiencing water problem since a long time. To our surprise, some of the houses get regular water supply and some dont. By and large, this area is deprived of basic amenities since a long time. In spite of repeated complaints, no action has been initiated to provide regular water supply. I once again request the authorities to look into the matter....

I G.Suryanarayana Murthy staying at 204, 2nd Floor, Madhavi Towers, Mothinagar, (Kukatpally Municipality), Hyderabad - 500 018. Whenever we have booked water tank for 5000 lts. department charges are Rs.250/- for supplying of 5000 lts water to the said place. But supplier is charging Rs.450/- and some times lorry drivers are demanding Rs.600/- It is very ridiculous. The water tanker contractors are cheating public. I request MD of Hyderabad...

I am a resident of Pearl Apartments, Shamlal, Begumpet, Hyderabad.Our building is right behind Kochar Apartments.Iam Pained to see that precious water is being wasted by Kochar Apartments.24 hours a day for the past 3months the water has been leaking from their over head tank & they seem to be oblivious of the situation.The othorities must put a stop to such crime at the earliest.

We are residents of 16-6-355 ' HARINIVAS ' NOORKHANBAZAR HYDERABAD - 500024 not getting water since 10-11months and absolutely there is no response from either local office or from callcentre.
We have lodged many complaints to local office verbally and by call centre. But there is atleast no action of response. So we would like to know for what reason we are paying the water bill for this many days even for not...
