my washing machine is not working for last six months. on complain call company service mechanics comes and take some parts for replace. but after opening the machine, there is no response from company service officials and my machine was not repaired from last six months as i have service & maintanance contract of one year. very poor services from worst company i f b ....

we have bought a new I F B washing machine from GIRIAS in Annanagar, Chennai The mechanic ,PONMUDI who came for demonstration started misbehaving with us ,and he boosted himself as though he was an Atomic reactor engineer and left without demo.we immediately called GIRIAS and reqested them to take back the IFB WASINGMACHINE fearing POOR after sales service.If the IFB is having any concern for it's bussiness/customers it should take...

After seven months while it was in operation suddenly flames arose i it .It was unplugged atonce and we control the flames immediately .
