I Got Games Complaints & Reviews

There are several events such as Alice's Bond, Deck Duels, Platinum Wheel & Holiday Events that used to appear on a regular basis for several years! These events have not been appearing within the game! Like they used to! I have been asking them why several times for a year and I get no conclusive responses. Responding that they appreciate my concern and that they will continue to do their best to optimize the game for a better player experience!...

I started playing lords mobile, a game developed by i got games company.
It was working smoothly on my network plus every network. I started to invest in it and so far i invested 25-30$ in between.
And two days before i wake up and logged in but it showed some error saying no response from server :2000.
