I have taken 240 sq.yards of plot before 6 years in dream city. Due to financial problems I have not continued payment of monthly EMI's after around 18 months. Upto 18 months I have paid around 65000/-. When I have asked in regional office they said they cannot refund the amount. Certain amount will be refunded after complete tenure of 5 years.
