I have taken 240 sq.yards of plot before 6 years in dream city. Due to financial problems I have not continued payment of monthly EMI's after around 18 months. Upto 18 months I have paid around 65000/-. When I have asked in regional office they said they cannot refund the amount. Certain amount will be refunded after complete tenure of 5 years. After completion of 5 years, when I asked again they said that they cannot pay the amount, but you can transfer the plot to some other persons. Janaharsha is completely cheating the persons. Even till today I have not paid any amount. I request all individuals not to take any plot in janaharsha.
