Hi I am Ravi, I along with my 2 friends went for plot enquiary at their Abids main office.
They are fraud and asking cash money atleast 8000 INR before showing the plots/ venture.
They did not provide any bank loan and god will help if you go with monthly installment option.
They put in so much pressure that rates are increasing, and only few plots are left, they do not have the latest approved copy of venture, they fool with PQRST ventures.
If you think for long term investment and reasle then few facility given by company will be withdrawn.
They are so reckless and lied, they demand per person 150/- to show the site from their Abids office may be petrol charges, it is ridiculus how can one pay any amount with out seeing the plaot or venture.
If you are serious about this venture then purchase outright after counslting any lawer about the validity of land documents and link documents or else you will be in soup.
The representatives are so iliterate and fools and do not know how to behave with customers.
