Bad installation and support

Hi,
I am writing here because I am totally fed up with the service provided during the new fibre connection installation and the salesman made some fake agreement with me during the new connection.I called him many times and I have Whatsapp chat also he used to assure me on every call that he will provide solution by EOD or tomorrow.but since last week he is not even picking up my call.

    I made request for jio fibre installation.After making payment I came to know that no port is empty for fresh connection.Why the concrened person not checked before starting the formalities.If a coustomer made payment in advance then why he will suffer.Daily I am getting mail and message from ur side for delay.I do not want to continue .I want my money back .Sensitize ur persons to deal with customers. Also I send enquiry on ur website but not recieved any mail regarding this.

      I had to disconnect my Jio Fibre prepaid connection due to some issues. They were supposed to pickup the router and refund the security deposit of Rs 1500 after 3 days of disconnection. But, nothing happened. I called the toll free number multiple times and also lodged a complaint. Each time I was told that to wait and given a complaint number. Each time the complaint turned into resolved after 5days but no one came to pickup the router nor my money was refunded. The technicians say that they will only refund if I take another new connection. What spurious service is this. Kindly help

        Respected Sir,
        I bought jio fibre on 10 february 2022 and paid Rs. 2475 for 3 months. The internet never worked so i opted for disconnection and money refund.
        It's been more than 6 weeks now and they are constantly lying to me about refund and making false promises of refund. Meanwhile, they are Deducting money from my submitted amount every month and mentally disturbing me. Therefore, I request you to kindly help me from these fraudsters and punish the culprits.

          Called to couple of engineers in my new location but they are unable to make things done.
          As this people are failed to provide relocation services, I am cancelling the service of my connection.
          I requested to refund my deposit amount and Last recharge amount with immediate effect, but they refused

          Fed-up with your services and even customer care people are unable to resolve the issue.

            I have been using jio fibre for more than year now but their turn around time at the time of complaint is extremely poor and they dont give a damn to what the customer is facing. All they are concerned about the payment in advance. They will not even give a grace period of a day when it cones to payment.

            Its been more than 48 hours and my complaint has nit been resolved. All i get is the sms about service request and the assurance from the customer care.

            I have been calling the customer care and i asked them to connect me with their seniors but they outrightly denied. I have not been able to work for the last three days as my internet is not working.

            The worst part is that im using jio post paid also but their signal is the poorest.

            This complaint is primarily against jio but we have tried all telecom services from vodafone, to idea, aircel, airtel doesnt hv their serice here. MTNL doesnt hv ports vacant. For god sake we are living in the capital of India and that too in south delhi and this is our condition we cant get a call through. Plz look into and take some action.
