Mobile Tower in residential area
sir this is my humble request to you that a mobile tower has been put in residential area.
the radiation is tooo high
the area is near govt. girl school, tigaon faridabad sir i request you to take strict action against the tower as law has been passed that no mobile tower can't be installed in residential area
Sir as the law the mobile tower should be or 100 meter far from the residencial...

Too much bad network..and no activity to resolve it..and customer care number cant be connect after calling various times..unspeakable bad network..I make complaint about it more times but all are invain

Jio telecom stop my outgoing calls from 23/09/2019. Without any information.

I have already recharged plan of 448/- for free unlimited calls & 2gb/day data. My plan is expire on 8/11/2019 but they stop my outgoing services without intimation from today & telling recharge plan to make calls. This is not fare of jio telecom. I have many times to call jio customer care regarding this issue but they cut my numbers.

So, i request you, please take action against jio telecom because they are stop service without customer information. Jio telecom intimates daily to customer for recharge, massages & other information but why they did not inform to customer before stop service.

Jio telecom is harnessing their customers. So, please take action as soon as possible because i am not calling to important calls. I have registered complain on consumer care with docket no-1618591.

Dear sir/mam, i am living in bhilai chhattisgarh and i am using jio telecom service.in month of march i done a complaint against network facility and call drop and poor networking service but till date my problem is not solved. I was called jio customer service too many times but problem not solved. What i do?
Please you do strictly action against them.

I have recharged my Jio mobile number through myjio app with 399rs after applying coupon it was 50Rs off on it.
So it totally paid rs 349. But the transaction got failed and i tried again to recharge with same amount. But the both transaction got failed and rs 698 .
According to jio my amount to be refunded within 3-10 working days it have been more than 10 days still i haven't got my deducted amount back.I got non satisfactory results when i contacted jio, billdesk and bank.

Dear readers i am from sirsa, haryana. I am using jio network from last near about one and half year. The network signal is very very low in this area from last six month. There' s not possible to give and pick up any call. I called four to five times in jio centre but they always ignore my problem. Infact most of the time my system show no service and emergency call. This problem is not my problem, that's faces by every jio custmors in our area. Infact ny last two recharge of 399 gone to be waste. Please take a action on jio telecome

I traveled to hong kong and china last week and returned on sunday night. Before visiting i activated my international roaming pack by paying rs.1101 through myjio app. The call center executive informed me that it will work on csl hong kong and smar tone hong kong while being there and china unicon in china. I tried to sync while being there and got the message that my sim does not allow me connect into those network.

After coming back i lodged a complaint and the call center executives are giving me one excuse after other and but not refunding the amount. I am totally frustrated and thoroughly harassed.

Jio now days theft with data, am using 3gb deta daily sence last 5 months with 399, an 509 planes, bt never caught in over deta use pro, bt now days evenn i dnt finish my half work an deta got finished, am dam sure they are thefting with deta bcz i knw my uses an am doing same work which am doing sence month before. An i hav strong feeling thats why they are nt providing deta uses info to us... I called 2 tyms on there costomers care number bt they give me stupid reson to not provide my data useses sheet.

An they are also providing us 3g speed while they are taking 4g speed charges from us.

My jio no is [protected], from 23oct to till now i am registering 10 complains but still they are not giving me solutions. These are my comlains. But still my issue is not resolved.
