J&k Cable Car Corporation — Gandola ticket refund not received

Hi, I had booked 4 tickets for 7th May phase 1 ride but cancelled the same. I have not received the refund yet

After 10 days also no refund processed. No one is picking the call & no response on email. Please support to resolve the issue
