    The range of joister fiber is worst I'm literally fed up of this network. Now, I'm feeling that why I've took this fiber subscription for 1 year. The prices of plans are too high but the connectivity is directly proportion to network connectivity. While taking the subscription they follow a lot and update day to day once we take the subscription they will not even pick up the call. At last I want to just say that the network is worst.

        The internet connection is down since 12th June. Compliant ID 51438.
        The expected resolution time provided was 24 hrs but after 7 days also its not resolved. There is template type response from customer support that "issue well get resolved urgently.". There is no resolution to the problem raised by company even after a week time.

              I do live in chiplun and joister net is one of the worst net i have ever came across, its service is pathetic the net speed is super slow n most of the times the server is under maintenance. So i[censored] have subscribed for 1 year more than 3 to 4 months the net speed will be slow due to maintainance.

                  The internet keeps dropping every few days, the customer service is pathetic, the speed is way below the agreed plan

                  Nobody picks up the phone, most of the times the lines are dead
                  they take 6-8 hours to respond on email

                  they take 2 days to fix the problem which comes back in a few days

                  very poor service, no consideration for the customer
                  these people are thieves & they only know ho to harass the customer

                      Our broadband is not working since last 3 weeks, we visited the solapur branch met with manager sayeed patel, he assured to provide the repair service, now we have visited almost 13 times, every time they are saying the same things but not taking any action at all.

But now since last 8 days joister connet internet connection disconnected but still customer support candidate told me every time "we will solve your problem immediately within 24 hours" and next day same reason same assurance..... Very very third class joister connect support services... Please don't buy any services from this service provider

                              Joister connect is an Internet service provider.Internet keeps disconnecting frequently.Issue I have with them is there customer support dont pick up the call, raised tickets wont get resolved for days.

                                We have been using joister internet broadband service in our society and most o[censored]s opted the 1 year package. And after using for 2 months of service we most o[censored]s facing the issues with network range and also the signal strength is very poor and most of the times we were unable to connect wifi properly. Also there are other issues which we are facing so frequent i. E. Whenever we are trying to open hotstar, netflix, prime video, youtube and other websites we are facing buffering issues. So we all from kumar properties park infinaia society, building b9 (Fursungi) requesting joister broadband services to look into this issue on a priority basis and please do fix it asap. Kindly provide us the good broadband services now and going forward. Please keep in mind if it happens for the next time then we all will change to some other network.

                                  I have paid an annual subscription of rs 5899 against joister connection in the month of october 2019. Since i am shifting to a different location i requested them to transfer my connection to my new address but they do not have connectivity in that area therefore i requested for termination and refund of my balance subscription fees. I have written my 1st mail to them on the 5th of december and hence forth made multiple calls to the customer service. Every time i was told i will get a response by the end of the day but no reply came from their end. So i wrote another email on 14th december and again made multiple calls for response from their end. When ever i have called they tell me their team will respond but it has been more then a month and still they are not giving me any concrete response. I feel they are frauds and do not want to refund my subscription although during the time of purchase i was promised the refund if and when i terminated my connection.

                                    I am [censored]al r. Gangurde from surbhi motors. We want net connection in our two wheeler showroom. Mr. Bhushan approach us form the same. We give the cheque to him on 24th sept. He said that within 2 days we installed net connection in your showroom. But till date that is not happen. We trying to call him contineously but he is not responding to calls. He committed on 27th sept that on 28th sept. Till 2pm he installed net connection but that was also not happen. Today in the morning he said that he is installed net connection at 1pm. Now i m trying to call him for the same but he is not receiving my call then i text him that if you are not receiving my call i will complaint to your office then he repied that i will return your cheque payment at 2pm.

                                    Is it your service?? I said to him that i have training in my office for that purpose i need net connection on urgent basis. But he don't have any seriousness with his work. Please take on action as early as possible.

                                      Already pre-paid for one year and from last 10 days internet is not working. As usual called customer care numerous times but no use. They were supposed to check and resolve issue but no one from joister checking and they never came to my house to check router also. This is very pathetic and bad service where customer care guys have no idea what they are working for.

                                        I requested for a connection and the service guy took the payment and told me that it would take 7 days to complete the process and setting the broadband connection. He took required documents and payment. Later when i contact them they come up with a different reason. Its been from the first day i am contacting them and they are just playing with me. Every day they come up with reason and say your work will be done tomorrow. Its 11 days now and still not responding. They either just make me run or stop receiving the calls. When i visited the office they still are asking me to wait for some days. Its been 11 days and no service is delivered. I am following them each day and out and they don't even care.

                                          Joister connect is a big cheat. For high speed internet they promised the moon and took one years entire subscription amount. It never works. Horrible, indecent and rude customer service personnel. The people are rude. Internet never works. Complints are never attended to nor resolved. The worst service provided on the planet. They are thieves! Absolute thieves!
                                          Should be punished.
                                          I had taken 1 years subscription. 5 out of 7 days a week the internet connection is down. The customer care number doesn't get answered. I went to the office. They told to buy new router. After buying new router too, the internet is down. This is the worst service ever.

                                                We recharged Joister plan o[censored]nlimited data for 6 months, and in the first month itself the speed is zero and they are not eager to solve our problem. When we warn them that we may complaint against them, they told us that u can conplaint and we arent afraid of consumer care department.Please lookover into the matter, its totally against our consumer rights.

                                                  This is regarding joister customer id:[protected], i was facing regular disconnection of joister service, they even promised a fiber connection which i did not get. So, after several complaints (12 to be exact), they promised to refund me the amount because they could not provide proper service which they promised. Now, its been 2 months i have been followup for the refund and i haven't received any proper response to several phone calls and emails which i sent. I need immediate reply to this complaint. If i do not get the reply within 24 working hours, i will take legal action.

                                                    Joister connect company people collected cheque of rs. 5900/- on 17-dec-2018 with promise of renewal my existing connection. But on 21-dec-2018, i came to know that joister connect service has stopped in my area and my internet service has stopped.

                                                      I am calling and mailing Joister Connect Customer care to resolve internet issue from first day of establishment of new connection but they are not responding . If any engineer comes to our place to fix the issue, he simply cut the existing bradband cable and connect it . It works for few minutes and stops working . I fed up calling Joister customer care to give permanant fix for the issue . I have raised tickets with them multiple times .Internet is not working anymore since 21 st Noember 2018. This time Joister team said that they are doing some maintainace activity but till today . If call Joister customer care they will say like it will take one more day to comeplete maintance activity . I do not know why Joister team is troubling us. They do not care /value Customers.I did not experience this kind of response from any other bradband service .

                                                        I had applied or a new connection and paid for a years subscribtion. Till now the connection and not been provided and the chq has been encashed. Repeated requests for the pat 4 days to marketing ; joister office and customer service there is no response.
                                                        Customer service is zero
                                                        I have made over 100 calls and only get excuses
                                                        They are unable to connect the internet cable as they do not have coverage for the area.
                                                        However the marketing rep came over and collected the chq and the chq has been encashed. However they re aking me to give a power connection as they do not have one to connect as they are not able to provide one.
                                                        O have made over 100 calls to marketing and cal center but till no no connection and no refund has been given either

                                                          The net service unavailable from last 3 days. Have been calling the customer care and the local representatives constantly but nobody is answering the calls. This is highly unprofessional behavior from the joister connect team. Hope you guys respond within today or will take up the issue at higher level. Also i demand money back for the interrupted service from or complete termination.
                                                          I have subscribed for Joister broadband services. However I get very less connectivity or no connectivity at all. I contacted with the head office a number of times but they could not provide me my solution to the issue. I was denied refund as committed by MrHemant Sonawane and by all the concerned persons as my issue did not fit in their policy.
