The company promised to provide certain service and has failed to do so . post the payment made the company stopped responding, the company is denying to give the refund. lot of others have faced similar issues of fraud by the company .kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest so that the company does not fraud any one in future.Please help

Kataak promises to generate leads for you by taking an amount of franchise payment and then they just disappear. I wonder how no one has takes charges against such frauds. Been so frustrated with the experience. Necessary actions should be taken for such frauds so that there are no more victims falling for this kind of companies. Initially they lure you into all kind of services and then once you pay its all gone

We are an interior designing firm in ahmedabad. Kataak.com has approached and charged for franchise fees and promised to arrange meetings with new customers for providing their interior designing services. Company has also undertaken an agreement with us but still it did not fix even a single meeting in a span of three months. They provided few fake leads. Company is a fraud company and looting customers. Company is not ready to refund my franchise fees.

Dear sir/mam,

After serving 9 years services to just dial limited i joined kataak.com with a new hope and courage to the best in my career. i joined this organisation on 25 april 2016. i have recieved my first salary on 9 th of may whearease it has been committed by hr that salary date will be 7th of every month. considering it for first time i continued my duty for whole month and tried giving my best shot as company is in the startup
Mode. i have heard that this company dnt pay their employees on time
And month of may salary got delayed again and we recived or salary on 13 of june. again i convinced my self to continue with my hardwork and gave my best shot but again june month salary got and after continuous push to our management and hr people we recived our salary on 19 th of july. and just because of the delay i decide to leave the organisation as being n employee we cannot afford any kind of delay in our daily routine or expenses.

On 21st of july i informed my hr manager about my resignation over the phone and she asked me to sent a mail. i have demanded for 2 days of time for resignation email and return of the companies property like laptop and charger. and hr ambika choudhary confirm the same and asked for 45 days for full and final settlement.

On 22 nd of july hr purposely sent me an email for absconding email. and it's been now 2 months i am not getting any fruitful reply from. companies side and they are harassing me by sending unusual mails and false elegations. i personally request many times and with mr deepak asri and ambika for wages but the response is zero

I request you to intervene i am in need of funds as my newly born is hospitalised is apollo cradle nehru place and on ventilator due to some serious infection in his body.

My last 3 days bill cost is 74000 and unable to pay as i am. jobless after kataak.com.

You intervention and justice is highly awaited.
