Since lalmani Indane gas agency is continuously delaying LPG gas refill from last 4-5 months, after booking for gas refill they took atleast 15-20days to deliver cylinder which is really frustrating, while enquiring the delay reasons from the agency they never listen and cut phone....

Requested refilling of cylinder via mobile and received confirmation message on registered mobile number on 17 nov.2018. Later on cash memo generated and message received on 6 dec.2018 (After 19 days). It's now more than 6 days haven't received the cylinder. When i visit the lalmani gas agency the inform that gas cylinders are short supplied by gas company.
This is happening in many times with different reason....

Requested refilling of cylinder via telephone and received confirmation message on registered mobile number. Later on came to know that cylinder was not booked. Then requested booking manually and was asked to wait for a week. It's now more than 10 days haven't received the cylinder. When i call to ask the status, the call is never connected.
I hope my issue is viewed....

have booked the cylinder on 06.01.2015, online. My booking no is 272431. Till date the cylinder is not delivered to me OR at my residential address. I have inquired with online mobile no. They have informed that the Lalmani Indane dealer has already delivered the cylinder vide Cash Memo no [protected] & [protected]. The cylinder is not delivered to me till date.. Kindly delivered the same immediately and inform me why such thing happened...

While receiving the cylinder, consumer no.-4137, my wife requested your staff to check whether the cylinder is not leaking. Your staff checked it, on finding a fault he changed the washer in the gas supply nozzle and delivered the cylinder and went away taking the amount. A few moment later it was found that the smell of gas was spreading in whole house which is very risky. Luckily the gas stove did not glow else and accident could had happened.br...

My mother called today to book a cylinder but they replied that we cannot book cylinder.They said us to use Internet to book the cylinder.Then my father asked how to book if we don't have Computer or Internet.Then they started using foul, filthy language so that we should stop calling in the office.My father asked whom to complain.He asked for the rule in which it is written that bookings will not be done in offices and only online booking...
