I have ordered this black dress in the month of October 2023 but it’s December 2023 & still I have not received the product or the refund despite of emailing them multiple times. Kindly look into it...

I ordered a beautiful black anarkali suit from the website, waited excitedly for it to arrive, only to receive a completely different product.

After placing a return request, I have been waiting patiently for past 3 days, but their team seems to be pretty busy that they are not approving the return request. The team is so much busy in doing this scam that their customer care number also has a recorded message that the executives...

I ordered the suit and I got totally opposite of the dress material n fabric n nonstitched suit... totally opposite from the images shown on their site which I ordered. I asked for the refund the money and no response is from this site..

I have ordered an item from Libaas Queen site for Rs. 1995 but the item that I have received is very poor in quality and also is defective piece. So i have marked mail for return and refund and also WhatsApp them on their customer contact number but I haven't receive any response from them. In the description of the product it was mentioned that it has 'Real Mirror Work' and also the material is Banglory Silk and Pure Georgette but that is not the case.
