I Pramod Kumar I had booked makruzz seat online with my family I had booked three tickets on 09/09/2022 in which I traveled from Port Blair to Havelock with family on 30/09/2022 for which I paid 11800 amount whose booking reference (PNR) was THADPE, then I traveled from Havelock to Neil Island on 02/10/2022 for which I paid an amount of 10800, then I traveled from Neil Island to Port Blair on 03/10/2022 For which I paid an amount of 11000 but all three times your officers checked-in all my seats were changed Our group of 22 people came on a trip to Andaman and Nicobar Islands Your makruzz company changed everyone's tickets All our window seats were sold by your officers to other people and we had small children with us. All separated. The whole group was scattered. We expected a good journey from you but we found it to be a corrupt and painful journey if you want. You can also send the photo of the ticket on which your people have changed seats.

    Non refund of cancelled tickets by Makruzz

    Makruzz had cancelled the ferry tickets due to covid and other reasons.
    I have been waiting for the refund for following PNR numbers for the last 6 months.
    EJTJFM, MGEYDW, YQMXOY, AECVTX, SOGSGJ & NRAJZA

    Whenever I write them to refund my money they send automated reply that due to bulk refund there is delay.
    I need my money as soon as possible as I have already waited for more than 6 months for the refund...

    I had cancelled the ferry booking on March 19 2022 and received the cancellation confirmation from Makruzz on 19 march 2022 as below.

    "As per the above mail the tickets has been cancelled for KVPOSW.
    It would take 30 working days to credit the amount to your account."

    I have subsequently followed up for the refund amount on April 12 2022 and on May 9 2022. And I only get a standard response from them as below

    This is really frustrating as they need to refund more than Rs2500 as refund.

      Hi,
      I had booked Makruzz ferry tickets for 2 travels scheduled in the month of Jan 2022. But due to covid third wave I had to cancel Andaman trip and cancelled ferry tickets more than three days in advance. As per their policy I am eligible to get refund of all three rides to which they agreed on call and over mail when I followed up regularly.
      However, even after more than three months now, I am only getting false assurances of refund and there is no refund initiated from their side.
      Details of the travel:
      Details of journeys are as follows:
      1. Port Blair to Havelock (PNR = PQFGEL)
      2. Havelock to Neil (PNR = NVLFZL)
      3. Neil to Port Blair (PNR = MNFVSK)

      I want to lodge a complaint against makruzz for not refunding my money of around 10000rs.

        Hello, I booked my tickets for Andaman trip and booked the cruise from the makruzz website. I had to cancel my trip due to covid and I received a written confirmation from the makruzz team that my money will be refunded. Its been 5 months already and I haven’t received a single penny. Their calls are unreachable. Please help me out here.
        Here are my details:
        My PNR for the tickets booked are as follows:
        1) UUSRZS
        2) RVUMUB
        3) NOLHSU
