Makruzz — Non refund of cancelled tickets by Makruzz

Makruzz had cancelled the ferry tickets due to covid and other reasons.
I have been waiting for the refund for following PNR numbers for the last 6 months.
EJTJFM, MGEYDW, YQMXOY, AECVTX, SOGSGJ & NRAJZA

Whenever I write them to refund my money they send automated reply that due to bulk refund there is delay.
I need my money as soon as possible as I have already waited for more than 6 months for the refund .
