my formality is complite. and everything document is complite. but i dont recive the maruti claim for company.

I purchased Maruti Zen Estilo in November 2007. Everything was going fine. Today, I saw that the doors did not auto lock when I go over 20 KPH (as it used to do). Moreover, the key remote is also not working. What could be the problem? How can I solve it?
