When I am playing pool rummy on mpl app they are not giving total number of cards as there are 13 cards in a game and they gave 10 cards because of this I lost the game and this happens to me 3 or more times and I have screenshot of that which I’m attaching...

I played rummy and suddenly disconnected from the table after so me time when I checked my wallet money has been deducted .and I have raised multiple times to MPL Support team but they are working on my issue and giving same answer daily...

Sir i subhash playing mol from quite some time now. Game of pool in mpl ha a technical issue it stops at some time during game by itself. First the ball in game spins for long time and then it hangs. Mol never corrects it and it ends in you losing money. Another thing is occasional where cue ball becomes faded and behaves by itself.
