Please note that this is a complaint regarding taxi no MH 01 JA 9335
taken from the domestic terminal of Mumbai today on 25th February 2009
at around 1320hrs. The driver refused to start the meter of the cab and
demanded Rs200 for drop till Juhu Versova Link road. No amount of

MY FRIEND SAHIL SHROFF & MYSELF TOOK A GOLD CAB NO: MH-01-JA-9356 FROM MUMBAI DOMESTIC AIRPORT ON 10/05/2008 AT 11.25 PM TO CHURCHGATE. THE DRIVER STARTED THE METER AT RS. 15.00 AT THE STAND. YOUR LADY AT THE STAND TOOK OUR DETAILS ALSO.

THE DRIVER STOPS THE CAB NEAR CENTAUR HOTEL AND RESETS THE METER TO RS.19.00. WE ASKED...

I took the services of Mumbai Gold cabs for my wife, at first the service were good as i use to get cabs on time. However, i paid advance for a month of Rs. 5000/- as prepaid voucher. I have the scanned recepit of the same with Invoice number MGC 254.

from 11th onwards they habe stopped their services to me, their call cente number 32443333, 32449999 are constantly switched off.
