Last several days machine operation is carried out in the open ground Desai Maidan with continuous hammering sound non stop for the whole day causing severe disstress to the nearby residents.
You are requested to immediately stop the actvity or shift it outside residential area

I have raised come concerns with mumbai metro, but there is no response.
1) maximum platforms doesn't have yellow arrow marking showing the
Door, so that the passengers need not to run to board the train.
Almost 3+ years are completed but still mumbai metro is not
Aware???

2) lot of passengers carry bag packs on chest, or back creating
Lot of trouble to fellow passengers. I have seen...

I purchased 2 smart card from one of sales representative of mumbai metro. He informed me that card is valid for life time however it would get expired if not used for 6 months but can be reactivated if i do rs 100 recharge and previous balance can be used.
So i deposited rs 5000 but this card was not used for year. Now metro is not ready to recharge as they have hidden clause that if card is not used for 1 year, it would get expired...

Every Where in world if you are Prepaid user, You get a discount. Even in Mumbai Locals you get heavy discounts on season passes than daily tickets. But for traveling in Mumbai Metro you get a discount for daily tickets and users who have smart card worth even thousand, still pays more. I am curious to know the reason behind this. Rajesh K....
