I placed order worth 1599 on 11 th April 2023 evening. And its showing delivery in the same Pincode area. After successful payment I received call after 10 min that order cannot be completed. I have placed an order for a birthday gift on 12/28/2021. Order Number[protected]. I even scheduled the delivery on 01/01/2022 by paying extra 195.
The order was not delivered and I requested for a refund. But the agents forced to select another product saying they will deliver on 01/02/2022. I again told them to cancel the order and refund my money.

Nothing happened and everyday I will get and email saying a new order...

I have ordered 2 kg cake paying 2463 RS online via myflowerapp.
It was ordered for same day delivery but later in the app the order delivery date was mentioned as 25th December. I spoke with customer care to cancel the order.they were very arrogant and refused to cancel.hey mentioned they can only refund the amount to the wallet which I didn't want. I have currently raised it as dispute with my credit card bank. Awaiting the response...

I placed an order for a birthday cake on 18/06/2021 for same-day delivery. The website showed the same-day delivery is available for the said pincode. However, later that evening around 6:30 PM I received a call saying they can't deliver the cake the same day. They can only deliver it the next day.

I have not received cake delivery though status on my order is showing as delivered of Order[protected] . Please check this as I tried calling multiple times to number provided on website but no one is answering.

Request you to look in this regard on priority....

People here are fraud and they never have items they show on their menu and they arrange a call to tell this is not available instead will arrange some cheap flowers picked from se street vendors.
And they refused to take the return and refund the amount.
I habe attached the pics of item delivered and my order value was 1031 rupees.
Never order from there website they are fraudsters....

I have ordered a red rose flower bouquet 599rs thru this website today morning at 10.04 am for my spouse and i was told it will get delivered by 5pm then they said by 7pm it will get delivered..
