I have placed an order for a birthday gift on 12/28/2021. Order Number[protected]. I even scheduled the delivery on 01/01/2022 by paying extra 195.
The order was not delivered and I requested for a refund. But the agents forced to select another product saying they will deliver on 01/02/2022. I again told them to cancel the order and refund my money.
Nothing happened and everyday I will get and email saying a new order has been placed and will be delivered in the next day. Sent out email again and finally got a response saying they will refund to wallet.
But that also never happened and even I tried to tweet them via twitter. But I don't think think I will get any response.
Hoping this will save someone's money. Please never but anything from this app.
