I have ordered 2 kg cake paying 2463 RS online via myflowerapp.
It was ordered for same day delivery but later in the app the order delivery date was mentioned as 25th December. I spoke with customer care to cancel the order.they were very arrogant and refused to cancel.hey mentioned they can only refund the amount to the wallet which I didn't want. I have currently raised it as dispute with my credit card bank. Awaiting the response
