I Purchased 2 Products from Myglamm on 21st june my order ID is[protected] on 23rd June i got message as Product has been delivered but i did not receive any product nor i did not receive any call from delivery partner i tried to call the delivery person but no response please help me in this issue as soon as Possible...

I ordered lipstick from this site through online payment mode. On delivery date i received message that my item is delivered but actually I didn't received it.
I sended many mails to the customer service but no response. I've seen many complains also regarding there delivery service as it's very poor.
Please resolve my issue by sending my order or refunding my money....

I have ordered the product since 11 April but i haven't got the order yet. There is no update on MyGlamm app in My orders. There is no response from customer support chat. Its already past 3 days since my est. Delivery date. Please help...

I have done everything to collect 50 myglam points and now when I tried to order from that coupon I can't do so I am not able to order they are saying that the coupon is redeemed but I can't place order.
Why myglam why I have given my time energy everything to collect my reward points why these thing is happening...

I ordered pretty mess lipstick but they delivered no drama lipstick.I provided them all details with photos that they delivered wrong product but customer care service is so pathetic that they are only saying return is not possible though they sent wrong product....

Myglam sends expired products.then they do not accept their faults.Do not exchange the products and ultimately close your account and blocks your contact number...

I have paid for the delivery charges for Myglamm LIT liquid Matte lipstick- Like A G6. It was a free product given for completing their survey. On the day of delivery(12 February2022) i didn't receive the product but the Delivery status showed as delivered. While contacting the delivery person he informed that he doesn't know where he delivered because the route was new to him. I have raised the complain to their customer support and they...

I order some products from my glamm which was prepaid but after I placed order they cancelled my order with any reason with there own.

Your Order[protected]-1 has been successfully cancelled.

Your Order[protected]-2 has been successfully cancelled.

Your Order[protected]-3 has been successfully cancelled.

Now I want my product at the same price it's...

The delivery person gave to some nearby shops. I tried reaching out to every shop near my location and nobody said they got a courier. I gave the OTP to delivery guy as he said he gave to nearby shop. I am not sure who is lying. [protected]-34 is order number. [protected] is delivery person number. Myglamm support team is giving generic answers and do not do any kind of help. Every agent asks for same information....

I have got "powder magic" from myglamm in november. Picture shown and the product received is totally different. Colour is so much different.
Since november i'm requesting them to take action on my request.

Firstly they are too slow to reply over email and i have to top-up again to get a response from them.
Secondly when i requested them to return and refund, they completely said no. They are not ready to listen...
