Hey,

My name is Urvashi Sharma and I am graphic designer

I worked for Chirag Vedang agency he gave projects of social media ads and logo design .It's been more den 5 months i haven't received payment of ₹24, 050 whenever I ask for money he always give me reason of not having funds or he'll give me in 15 days but its been more den 5months
Now he had blocked me from everywhere and he's vanished. Now other people in his office are not listening and don't even attend my calls. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

      On 30, December 2021 I paid 8388.00 for the NEON BROADBAND 100MBPS connection. In that they were supposed to give all OTT platforms connections free of charge for a year.
      I was asked to pay for the entire year in cash, which I did. This is a big scam as I can understand now, after reading all the other complaints. In short, they deliver the speed was seen not more than 5-6mbps against a plan of 100mbps. Each day I have been following up with them, showing them the screenshot of the speed, I am getting. Mr. Chirag (+[protected] : who kept his phone OFF since I sent him a message that I m filling a complaint against him), end use to always give vague promises and excuses every time.

      From day ONE They did not start the connections. They took almost a 2-3 weeks to get a stable connection but; very poor internet speed. Even after complaining several times to their so-called team of just 2 persons (Mr. Suyash Pisal +[protected] and Mr. Sufiyan : +[protected] they did not respond on time. There after contacting 100 times to Mr. Chirag He promised to give me a proper speed and after almost a month He provided me with OTT platform Ids. Which worked for almost 2 months and then stopped. The Addresses mentioned above (For NEON BROADBAND) must be fake.. as I asked them many times to provide me official address but NO RESPONSE. These Addresses I found it through Google
      From day 1, I have not received 100mbps line speed as they promised. Those people keep on promising that next week you will get a better speed.. which never comes so far. All the time their Internet is giving me trouble.. and every time I have to contact them almost more than 100 times, then in 2-3 days they pick their phone. they couldn't get rectified and we didn't get an internet connection. Since than I am following up with Mr. Chirag Vegda CEO of NEON BROADBAND and Mr. Sifiyan and Mr. Suyash from NEON BROADBAND to get back our money. But these people are not listening and not willing to return our money.
      Since last 10-15 days they aint even accepted my calls or replying on whatsapp.
      Last week After contacting several times today Mr.Chirag from neon broadband has sent this message to me
       Mr.Chriag: The internet service are working and ott plan of 3 months free was given . Extended free plan had been requested. Please note email [protected]@neonbroadband.com

      Where I agree that, internet is working now but with very poor speed..
      Since Day 1, I have not received the speed as per 100mbps line.. the speed is hardly 5-7mbps and I have complained several times since beginning.. but no response..
      Even not all the Ott platform subscription he has given. only few Ott were working which has stopped completely. and since last 2 months he is promising that shortly I'll receive extended plan..

          They ask for full payment before connection so I gave them around 5800INR. Firstly they said that In my building they have there service. So i paid full amount. After that they were not able to provide the connection. So i ask for refund. They said in 60 days you will get the refund.. But now its around more than 90 days. They are just ignoring me.. Saying that they will give tomorrow.. There legal team guy Javed is on leave and other excuses. Even this guy Javed is also not responding.. I will sue them in court cos they mentally harassed me for so many months.. They are fraud company don't fall in trap.. Better go for Hathway.. Jio or airtel.. They have frauded many customers like this.. Stay alert.

            Fake ISP Mr chirag vegda he promise to help to get input from neon broadband but afterwords I know he is fake ISP he does not have dot liscene and telling everybody I am ISP.. Chirag vegda has taken so much money around 2.3 lakhs and not returning money and changed the number and home and we will also have a screenshot of transaction I'd number

            Plz stay away he is fraud

              Neon Broadband is unable to resolve my complaint since past one month. I have opted for 50 mbps yearly plan which worked fine for first 3 months. but since February internet is constantly down. it's either extremely slow with speeds falling as low as less than 1 mbps or just disconnected
              Every week having conversations with Mr Chirag who is the owner of this company and taking repeated follow ups, the issue remains unresolved with fake promises to resolve it in 1 day or two. This has been going on since past 2 months now.

                I gave them 1 year full payment 4000 rs on 22nd Oct 20 and after so many issues I stopped their connection on 3rd March 21 and asked them to refund my remaining amount. After few days they don't respond to calls, They read messages on whatsapp but don't respond to them.
                They promised 30mbps and I’m getting 1mbps.

                  This service provider has the worst service ever. I gave 1 year payment at start trusting them that they will be no issue regarding the same but it is 3 or 4 months now my plan was of 10mbps but it has never been up to the mark except nights or some bluemoon days.
                  I always get 2 mbps or less and there is dns issue most of the time.
                  i m tired of it and my worst experience ever...
                  i called MR.chirag from neon like always he never answers his call and they always say they will do it they will do it and it never happens.

                    I took internet service from neon broadband in 2014 and paid full year payment.. i moved to different location and returned router and closed my account, they promised that you will get rest of the refund in 2-3 months. its been 1 year and keep following with them but there not giving my refund back... i have copy of emails, chats on whatsapp etc where they keep promising that you will get refund.

                    I would say dont take internet service from them. my golden advise.

                      I signed up for Neon Broadband's Internet Plans a few months ago. Since the first month, the internet would give trouble. It started with a 'wire issue' and they changed the wire. Then a router issue, server issue, and what not. I do not get internet almost every weekend (I am most home at night and on weekends only).

                      I have complained at least 50 times to both the sales person who services and the so called owner. However, despite several assurances there has never been a resolution. In this month itself, out of 30 days, there was no internet at least for 20.

                      Since the last two months I have been asking for a refund, and termination. However they have plainly ignored my requests for refunds and simply do not respond. They do not have any customer care for official complaints and work only on phone calls and whatsapp which makes it more difficult.

                      I have had the most horrid time and demand a refund and an explanation. A complete lack of acknowledgement and even lack of effort to resolve issues is appalling at the very least.

                      I am posting the second time because this is getting out of hand. After months of complaining, every single time the staff would tell me to talk to Chirag because 'he is the owner'. Chirag would keep telling me 'please give us one more day'. And now suddenly today when I was finally losing patience and asked for a refund he says 'call customer service and don't message me'. After months! And he blocks the number. Firstly, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. secondly, HE IS THE OWNER AND HE CAN PRETTY MUCH REFUND. And lastly, they are plain cheats. 80% of the time the net does not work and they will blame the wire, the building and everything else. They will refuse to do anything. And when they complain, they will eat up your money and sit tight and give no refund and no internet.

                      For others who have also suffered, is there a legal recourse? I want to now ensure action is taken because clearly they refuse to be ethical and provide customers what we are paying for. Frauds. Total frauds.

                        since last two months wifi is not working, everyday i call them to solve problem, but they didnot. I have paid full 1 year subscription in advance in December 14. Now chiragbhai blocked my phone number so i am not able to c all him. and if i call on any other number he refuse to talk to me. Now i dont want to continue anymore, i want my money back. so please help me to solve this problem.

                          Hi, I am a neon broadband consumer since last couple of months however this provider does have any proper service. I am complaining since last one month and I am keeping all email chain with me, And this is what I am getting after paying these guys, After one month I am getting no response except a arrogance response all the time. I am approaching all public forums to just make aware people to avoid such providers because in our country consumer forum is only a name nothing else. I raised this complain on all consumer forums and looking out for resolution so that such fraud provider doesn't cheat people.                             Its been a months time since i have taken this neon broadband connection at Mhada, kandivali west. I was given 15 gb plan of 10 mbps but in actual the speed is 0.15mbpsdownload and 0.32 mbps upload. The operator has also taken 6 month advance charge. I have been chasing the operator to look into the matter in regards to the speed but everytime i get a response that some upgradation is goig on. Now the operator has stopped answering my calls.

                            As a consumer i feel cheated and i want an immediate action against these operators who fools the customer like this.

                            Pl look into the matter and get my money refunded.

                              Hi All, Im Ashwin Ambudkar. I got Neon Broadband connection for 1 mbps 1.5 months back from this company. I have paid them six months advance payment. From past 15-20 days I have been getting speed of 0.08, 0.20 mbps speed. When I call up their officer Mr. Dhiraj, he always say he cannot come right now he is out. I have marked atleast 7 emails back to back to Mr.Chirag. But everything is vain. Now these people are not listening and don't even attend my calls.                               I too am one of the harried customers of this FRAUDULENT ISP. Since 15th of Feb till today, 28th of Feb 2014, there has been no Internet despite REPEATED CALLS to the CHEATS. My sis has her exams and we are paralysed without the internet. These frauds made me pay for 6 MONTHS of service upfront and despite meeting my end of the bargain they haven't even provided me a decent 1 month of continous service. They haven't even provided me with a receipt or bill of any sort. Ever since I have installed the service, I have regretted it because more than half the time there's no internet. I was forced to buy a dongle, because now there's no service for more than 15 days. NEON BROADBAND ARE THE BIGGEST CHEATS.

                                Hi,

                                I am a resident of Kandiwali (W) and have taken Broadband services fron Neon Broadband (a local BB provider). The proprietor is Mr. Chirag. I took the BB almost a year ago and it would not be an exaggeration to say that of the amost 12 months the Internet would have been non functional for at least 40 days. My Internet again has been down for 4 days now, but to my dismay Mr. Chirag believes that it ok tio take so many days as due to lightening his antenna has been damaged. here are some points about the kind of reactions I have been getting from him:
                                1. He charges three months’ advance and hence I do not have a choice but to continue as there are still 45 days left for this cycle of which the Internet has been down for at least 8 days in the gone 45 days
                                2. He repeatedly tells me that ‘his big clients’ are also facing issues. Hence, being a retail customer I do not enjoy any right to coice my concerns with him
                                3. The signal device at my place has been changed at least 3 times and every time he again gives the same excuse that the device is in transit
                                3. Now, when I am tired of his services and am asking him to remove his device from my place, he tells me that I have signed a fine print that says that there is no refund of money. I have paid Rs 999 per month for a three month cycle alomg with taxes
                                4. On top of it, he points fingers at my employer TTL saying that Tata too is known for bad services
                                5. Mr. Chirag is one of the busiest guys on the planet. He cannot be reached with ease and keeps passing the buck in his employyees’ name

                                I need to help to understand that how do I get some respite on the following front:
                                1. He is a small businessman. is there a forum where I can complain against him?
                                2. If I was not aware of the Telecom jargon when I took the connection do I enjoy any help is terms of getting my money back and actually holding this person responsible for his misconduct
                                3. Is there a way where someone can question him on his service standards and repeated faultering on connections
                                4. The othet Braodband providers do not provide connectivity where i live. Can someone help me understand how can resolve this issue wiythout having to deal with such unaccoutable people.
                                5. I feel cheatred and wish to get my money back. Is there a way?

                                I am utterly frustrated and would really need some hlp on this front. Can someone help me?

                                  I had applied for broadband connection (Incuding WIFI device) with NEON Broadband on 28th November 2010. Marketing person from company came and collected the money on the same day(entire year money they charge for connection). Connection was promised to me within 3 to 4 working days, however connection never happened till 20th October that too after 'n' no of follow-up and phone calls. WIFI router is still pending till date.. and connection is so poor. connection is for 1 Mbps but hardly it goes up to 500 kbps. When i complained about it, the answer i got is that other people must be using it hence speed is slow and i was not been told earlier about all this. I had taken the connection on a ground that if the connections and service is poor, within 1 month they will return my money however they are refusing to do so..                                   mr harish is never available in time n we work only 10am - 6 pm to visit customers .when mr harish downloads @ 2mbps he doesnt write here but when he gets less he do writes here . we have given 2mbps burst on 1mbps account .mr harish plz fix your time and call on [protected] for your local support between work hours n get fixed your problem if you are facing any .
                                  mr ahir is no more since 6 years with us .
