Bus No. 31 are already overcrowded and frequency is low and yet NMMT has cut down the number of buses and out of which a lot of them end up breaking down stranded in unknown place.
We have to stand on the bus stop for hours waiting and even when the bus comes it's full to the brim, it's literally so full that people are standing on the stairs. The people at the depot say they can't do anything. There are literally minor students waiting for hours at the stop. We reach home late at night at 10/11 PM because of this.

We are passengers in our N.M.M.T. and we always travel by buses, our drivers and carriers make our journey comfortable, we are all very thankful to them and the management.

Even though the number of passengers is increasing day by day, From 1st January our NMMT Management has discontinued 3 Volvo buses and replaced them with only 3 small electronic buses. These buses are so small that the passengers of one of our Volvo buses cannot fit even in 2 small electronic buses.

Also, the ladies' seats have been brought from 8 seats to 6 seats, with no standing room, very messy. Commuters going to Navi Mumbai are facing a lot of trouble in this way. After a full day’s work, it's very painful for residents of Navi Mumbai to have to travel all the way standing for
Almost more than 2 hours (One side).

Please note: - Many employees have been traveling and dependent on NMMT Bus Service. We don’t have any BEST Buses from Ghansoli/Kopar Khairane to Mantralaya/ World Trade Center.

Current NMMT buses departing from Ghansoli
- First bus 7.35 am
-Second bus - 7.55 am
-Third bus 8.10 am

Requesting to please increase the number of buses so that everyone can sit and travel comfortably

I was in the 62 bus vashi to kalyan, There was trafic at Shi-fata so i asked the driver to open the door so i could get off the bus and go because the bus was stopped at one place only for past 15 mins and the stop was not so far too then the bus driver started shouting and using inappropriate words and started saying the door will only open at the stop and all. After couple of more minutes I politely asked him again and he started yelling.
I request NMMT to take actions on it and look after it this was not the first time this happened just because of some people companies name also get ruined.

I was travelling from Vashi to Kandivali on 6th Sept. 2023 by AC bus no. MH43 H-5479. The AC was not working was not working properly.
I requested conductor to maintain the temp. Conductor told that its not working properly, and gave me the contact number of Ghansoli depot.
1. I called Ghansoli bus depot, buy they gave me the number of the contractor, doing maintenance of buses, to register my complaint.
2. I Called, the contractor, but he gave me the contact numbet of Ghansoli depot and told me to register my complaint at Ghansoli depot.
3. Keeping patient, I called both places once again, and they played like that.

Later, depot guy shouted at the conductor about useless topic??? My phone was on speaker mode.
By the time my stop arrived, I got down, I went my house, "Vishay sampalaa"...

Moreover, these buses are never regular, and cancelled without notice, they cancelled the bus or dont operate for the whole day.
Once, no service on Monday, another time, no service on Wednesday. At least they should keep a fix non-working day.

Bus no 48 doing very fraud things 48 no bus is going asudgaon or belapur
but bus is doing half trip and some bus not going thru panvel railway station some bus driver and conductor misbehave and drive and said bus is reserved and go empty to panvel 8pm 8.30pm and 9pm bus is not on time every day.very fraud thing dooing in bus no 48 that is wrong please quick action on it.

Dear sir. Please solve your problem

Daily (Monday to Saturday) between 5.30 pm to 7 pm there is lots of rush faced by people from panvel railway station to khopoli. We ladies are facing trouble while getting into to the bus. So our request is to send one to two buses only for ladies passenger. Along with this, AC bus is required because lots of public are travelling from panvel railway station to khopoli.

I was waiting for Nmmt bus towards Vashi railway station on 14.4.2023 at Bus stop of infront of Sanjog Hotel sector 10 Vashi Navi Mumbai 9.30 am no bus frquency

I got bus and reached at Vashi Railway station

55 AC and 125 AC - The bus is cancelled very often. Schedule posted online not followed at all. 55 AC is to reach Sec 29, at 7:17am, it came at 7:30am . Drivers, conductors keep changing. 125 AC from Jalvayu Bus Stand -4:40pm no schedule at all. Anytime they cancel. 4:40pm daily cancelled. The 5:00pm from Jalvayu always starts late.

Due to road widening process is on near Borivali railway station, bus stop has been shifted by BMC authority.
However the bus route no. 125 stop the bus at anywhere on the road.
Commuters are facing inconvenient, because we don't know where to stop for bus to go for Kharhgar.
Request you to install bus no.125 board on the road immediately.

NMMT buses numbered 45, 52, 54 which have a stop at ACTREC (Tata hospital for Cancer) don't have a single seat reserved for Cancer patients, nor the bus conductors co-operate when asked to secure a seat for Cancer patients.

The bus was running in door open condition and continue buzzer sound arises while running so it's very risky for passengers and irritating also. The vehicle number is MH46BG2332.

Bus driver doesn't stop bus properly, also they don't give time to climb in the bus as soon people entered in the bus, this willing to fall me outside from bus. Also he doesn't care about aged people, all passanger had these problem.Bus is panvel to Belapur, bus no MH43 H 5315.

Khandeshwar railway station to panvel railway station bus : Thrice in a week one bus is not working and only one bus is working. No timetable is followed by the driver. Sometimes leaving 5 minutes before or 1 bus is cancelled. I don't know why this mistake are not seen by your department even if complaint are made more than by 2 person in a day.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

45 NMMT Bus Conductor Misbehave And Abused Even On Ticket Purchased However, Passanger Was Stands up Without Getting a Seat

I was waiting for bus number 125 AC Kharghar- Borivali but the bus didn't stop there even when I waved at it.

I work at Juinagar and always catch AC bus no 61 at 7:14 am in the morning from Kalyan, which is always on time or considerably late . The problem is when I be at Juinagar Stop, the AC Bus No 61 is mostly late and even cancelled most of the times while it being scheduled for trips .

Today 13th October 2022 I had been waiting for NMMT AC Bus No (MH 43 BX 0436 ) 61 from Juinagar since 7:45 pm, the bus was scheduled to be here at 8 pm, but arrives at 8:50 pm, almost an hour late .

There should be serious actions taken for the same.

The seat is not in proper state for the passangers to sit on it. It is bended towards the left side. Kindly make sure to replace or repair it.

The new electric AC busses by NMMT are a good initiative but a big flop. This particular bus is MH 43 BX 0553 . The noises coming from the engine of bus on the last seat are terrible. Worse than the B.E.S.T. busses. The bus was stinking and the interiors were dirty with marks on the seats and ceiling.

Please take necessary action. And we really do believe the AC Volvo busses of NMMT were way better than these JBM electric busses.

The driver of bus 125 did not stop the stop the bus at Vashi bus depot even when the people were standing there. He took the bus in very fast speed without even bothering to stop at the next stop. This took place at approx 2:30pm at Vashi bus depot bus stop (panvel side)

I would like to say that I am a regular traveler from navghar to MGM college.Today, i.e.8 August 2022, I was waiting for the bus since, 8.45 am.
Uran to kalamboli bus didn't arrive on time . I am very unhappy and as well as had to suffer inconvenience. Please look into this matter as soon as possible or passengers may take the step to higher authority.

I am regular passenger of NMMT bus no. 30 via Kalamboli Roadpali to Uran or Uran to Kalamboli Roadpali... they have allways issue in the morning bus time from Uran to Kalamboli... my travel root is from Saisangm to Pallavi avida bus stop... which is last stop... they allways fight with me on the same topic... which is vehicle is only going at Kalamboli bus depot.. not going at Roadpali...and all those thing... they allway doing this nonsense thing... at only morning time when we are getting late for office, school, college n all...

and for us the only 30 no bus is there for us...

Dear sir / mam, i am the regular consumer of NMMT bus, last few days I'll travel with old bus it is very dengerous. The bus condition very bad, I'll request please check the bus status, atlist don't use this kind of bus at evening time. Bus number is MH.43, H .5162 rout no 71 Belapur kalyan. I hope management can take action against it as soon as possible.

We really appreciate efforts taken on improving public transport. Thanks for developing an App "NMMT BusTracker". App helps in tracking the bus movement and accordingly person can plan his or her travel. It is really saving lot of waiting time usually spent on bus stop. Time saved can be used for other work. Person can plan his work efficiently and make better use of time.
I regularly travel from Airoli to Powai. I prefer AC bus of NMMT - 125 and 144.
1. But since months I have noticed that every bus of 125 and 144 is not getting tracked on the App. Earlier there were few buses those are not getting tracked, now numbers are increased.
2. All buses with number 144 are not getting tracked. Only few buses with number 125 are getting tracked.
3. Many times, 125 number bus gets cancelled.
4. I would like to highlight one more point is that, these buses are having good pickup and speed, but the drivers those are driving these buses are not driving them smoothly. They apply sudden breaks it makes standing passengers to stand difficult (Bus 144). They do not slow down on speed breaker significantly, results into high jerk to the passengers sitting and standing at backside of the bus (Bus 144).
5. Temperature set on these buses are around 22 degree celsius displayed on dashboard located at driver seat, that results dropping the temperature very low at the backside of the bus. Passengers wears warm closes. All female passengers generally protect herself from cold using scarf. As passengers get into and get down from the bus, from the front door, temperature at front side of the bus becomes normal. Thus driver does not feel the extreme cooling that passengers feeling at the backside. Kindly request to please suggest drivers to set temperature in the range of 24-25.

I was at a bus stop Terna College, Koperkhairne waiting for a bus and the bus number 9, an electric bus, passed through the bus stop without stopping. It was around 6:15 pm and the registered number of the bus is 0797. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. This is not the first time I have faced the issue.

I catch a bus at Orkay mills in evening around 6.45 to 7.15. Everyday we have to wait for more than an hour and there is no sign of the bus. If there is a bus every 20 minutes as per time table, where do these buses go if there's no arrival in 1.5-2 hours

Buses from Vashi to Mumbra 81AC /Non AC are not indicated in Daily bus tracker.
Kindly intervene to resolve the issue ASAP, which can help the the daily travellers to track the exact location and take the benefit of same.
