Really poor frequency of 105 AC bus from Bandra to Panvel.. have to wait 1 hour everyday and there's no way to track

    Dear sir/madam,

    Kindly request you to increase bus frequency of bus no. 77 & 79 in morning and evening duty hours where rush is more and we have to wait till the auto rickshaw comes back from station or till the seats are filled up.

    After 10.00 am the auto seats are not filled up on time and we have to wait and pay them more than 1.5 times the current bus charges.

    We have to completely depend on auto rickshaw or we have to get late to reach somewhere or to office. Same situation while coming back to home from office.

    We have requested you to start buses for people's convenience as the previous society private buses were working as per their will & wish and not running as per the timetable decided.

    Request you to kindly increase the bus frequency and not depend on private transport.

      Dear sir / madam,

      I, mr. Digvijay b. Gaikwad want to compaint about the low bus frequency of nmmt (Navi mumbai municipal transport) bus no - 77 & 79 during the peak hours during the morning and evening when people leave for office and come from office.

      Bus no.77 runs between panvel railway station stop to nere village stop bus no. 79 runs from panvel railway station stop to shantivan via nere village.

      The line for the bus at panvel railway station stop is long long that it runs from one stop the other stop besides and the whole movement of people gets conjested and have to wait for so long during the evening time.

      Also when the bus comes it goes fully loaded and the last people have to again wait for another half an hour for the bus. If you want to verify you can individually sent your personnel and check the situtation.

      Kindly consider our complaint and increase the bus frequency for the given bus numbers during the office hours in the morning and evening.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I, the undersigned, mr. Digvijay gaikwad, resident of mahalaxmi nagar, nere village, new panvel - 410206, want to complain on behalf of the resident of mahalaxmi nagar regarding the increased bus gaps from 15 minutes to 30 minutes after the complaint of rickshaw walas for reducing the buses for nere village from new panvel station (Bus no. 77).

        We have to suffer a lot due to this increased timing gap, instead of it even previously the buses were fully occupied when the bus timings were at every 15 minutes and at that moment of time nmmt should have decided to increase the buses for nere village instead of decreasing the buses by the auto rickshaw walas complaints.

        The nmmt buses are the first priority for public services and then comes the auto rickshaws. So when it comes for adjustment then the auto rickshaw walas should find their way out.

        When buses are less then autos come into existence but here the scenario has gone different here for the auto rickshaw walas the bus service is reduced which is not fair and is not done.

        The fare for a person from new panvel to mahalaxmi nagar, nere village by auto is rs. 200 whereas the bus ticket is rs. 13, so will the public go by auto or bus is the big question.

        The last thing is i had previously complained for the night timings also to extend it till 12.30 am or 1.00 am at night as many people come late night including me. If you have doubt on my points you can personally send your official to verify it.

        The buses are so much occupied during the peak hours that there is no place to stand even at the doorsteps of the bus and 11.05 pm bus is the last bus at night there after there is no transportation service from panvel station to nere village for late coming people from office.

        The only medium for transportation is auto rickshaw which costs rs. 200 as i said earlier which is not affordable for every day travelling.

        The response of people to the nmmt bus is good from people so why not to increase the buses by reducing the time gap from every 30 minutes to every 15 minutes.

        If the buses are not increased and the same situation is still going to be continued on the complaint of auto walas then it will be assumed that the government officials are all working for bribes from auto walas and local corporators and then for which we will still need to take even bigger action for this scenario.

        Hope for your kind reply and action against the same, attached is the partial list of our mahalaxmi residents.
