Today i have received a product from onlyvalley and the order id is ov87086 which contains wireless headphone and a smart band. While booting the band, i found display is not working properly.
Kindly let me know the process to return the product or guide us to resolve the problem in smart band.

I ordered the product on 22 december. Received a defective product that does not function. The product actually cost rs. 1234. 50 which is a big amount for being cheated online. Additionally, there was no battery inside the package that was supposed to be included. I tried using multiple batteries (My own) to see if the product actually works but of no use. Delhivery is involved in this scam as the cod is collected by delhivery and they dont know the shippers information.

As per my conversation with mr. Sanjeev kumar from delhivery he informed that they are not responsible for anything apart from delivery and when asked where do you send the money back he had no answer.br...
