I ordered the product on 22 december. Received a defective product that does not function. The product actually cost rs. 1234. 50 which is a big amount for being cheated online. Additionally, there was no battery inside the package that was supposed to be included. I tried using multiple batteries (My own) to see if the product actually works but of no use. I need a replacement or my money refunded for such fraudulent transaction. Such companied should be sued for misleading people. Their online website stated that they can be contacted at their customer service email at [protected]@onlyvalley.com and i have sent them a number of emails regarding a replacement. But, till date i have not received a single responce. There is no contact number or a proper address as to where this company os situated. I need an immediate action to my problem.
