I have purchased Flawless hair Remover through their website www.onlyvalley.com 0n 06 Sep 2019 and paid via DEnmYiPGGTlkT9-RAZPRAZORPAYSOFTWARE [protected] 06 Sep 2019 1, 234.05 today on[protected] at 1.00 pm I have received the packed from Radiant International Express but when I have opend the parcel then inside the box the main item box was not sealed and also inside pakaging was damaged along with product with all dust looks like send dumped second hand stock. Product was all oped and damaged with no accessories mentioned on website. I was suprised to see after spending such kind of money I have received this kind of product. also I have mailed immediately on their given mail id : [protected]@onlyvalley.com but not received any reply. also on the package they have mentioned address as :28 B T Road Kolkata 700002 and I have asked them on mail for refund or exchange of product.
