I changed the details in my pan card and hence applied for pan card online on[protected] &
Paid fees of 499/- on the above mentioned address.
I have send address proof and physical copy to the address said thru speed post on

I have lost my pan card and hence applied for pan card online.

Had to send address proof and physical copy to the address said
Sent it and shows as delivered as well.
However when i try tracking the status - shows as physical copy not received
It has been more than a week.
Sent an email to the relevant pan online support email address - no response
