Has payed money in advance and their is no update from there end and trying to contact through call but number won’t connect

Till Mar 23, 2023, Order is till sitting on processing status. I ordered few parts from Boodmo and all the items have been delivered(Except Coolant canceled without notifying).

Sent them email 2 times, no update...Do not order from them, Scam

Orders never delivered.. No options of refund

I have ordered exauster silencer for my car and they didn't delivered the order within the timeline and i asked them to cancel my order through mail and they said it's cancelled, but I didn't received any payment and they are not responding to my mails and calls.

I order a spare wheel assy for my car. They send wrong item.
I sent them pic and video but they are not answering now .
And no response about return or exchange.
Feels like they robbed me .

I have purchase parts for my car and due to delayed delivery company asked whether to cancel order or wait until the fulfill the order. I choose to cancel my order and asked for the refund. Today its almost more than 7 days but I have not received refund and nobody from parts big boss responding to the emails.

They are thiefs, They take just order but wont deliver, 15 day now, no update, still order not processed, no response to email and tickets, no SLAs, no tracking mechanism and you money is almost gone, you send email no response, no timelines, what was shown during order was 4-6 days...There Number didn't connect..

Never order from them. Just here to get the fake payments.
As there is no way you can rate 0, giving 1 star, really pathetic, dont trust them.

I ordered Sparkplugs and front wheel bearings for my 2008 November model Chevrolet spark, I had specified clearly about my car make and model but they sent me plugs for wagonR/Alto, i had to purchase the product where I resided, I had told them about the issue and after sometime, the manager promised he would send me a replacement plugs but it's been more than weeks and he has stopped responding to my mails, nor do the sites chat representative replies, totally dissappointing. Now talking about the bearings, i had ordered front wheel bearings from them last year aswell and received authentic new star bearings which lasted almost a year even after rough use, but when i ordered the same, they sent me some cheap Japanese Fu gen bearings, i was assured by the representative that these new bearings were better than the previous new star bearings, i accepted and agreed to keep them, i had it installed and seemed fine at first, but after a 40-50km/he ride of 210 kms on NH-31, the bearings have started giving vibrations and making mild noise, had to get it all changed. I mailed to inform the manager but he doesn't seem to care. I even mailed saying i will sue the company but nope, he really doesn't seem to care. Annoying people, and a very disheartening after sales customer service, i just want my refund, my total refund, this site is such a fraud/scam

Money deducted but transition failed amount of Rs.292 on sep.25. The bank was Boi ref.(MEDR/PAYU MONEY/901593 and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.kindly check my bank statements copy and refund me as soon as possible..
