Status :Police Report is clear and the passport is expected...

Hello Sir,

I have applied for passport on 18.05.2009 and police verification part has already done.
The status shows " Police report is clear . Application is under process".Already 5 months has been passed but no status update.

I already wrote 2-3 time but no response.
I am in urgent need of passport as we need to travel to US by the end of Nov' 09.
