Sir, I had travel to patiala from bhawanigarh at 6:15 on[protected].the driver of that route bus had very rash driving and using mobile so many times during the travel from bhawanigarh to patiala which shows the negligence towards passengers life who travels in that bus i request the authorities to look into the matter and punish the driver as he is responsible for the safety and security of the passenger but he is not showing the same and...

I am writing this complaint to inform you about conductor's rude behaviour as i asked him to give me a ticket for ac bus from patiala to delhi and conductor gave me the ticket of normal bus, when i asked him to give me the account bus ticket he refused to give me the ticket and told me to travel in that bus only. When i asked him to return my money he didn't have me my money back as i 'm a central govt employee i told him that i will complain...
