My name is manish Waghade at dated 18 th of april i was traveling in bus no 114 which were going to wagholi kesnand phata.
Conductor does not stop bus on bus stop area passenger had wait but he quarrel with all and this is happening few time's in bus he is very arrogant behave with ladies bus No. 114

276 bus didn't arrived till 1 hr on the stop. Not a single bus arrived.

Sir, today I got one incident at Shivaji chowk, hinjewadi.
I was coming from hinjewadi towards wakad, the pmpml driver on hinjewadi bhosari bus purposefully pushed us inspite he was able to see we coming on activa. It was not to put quick breaks as bike may have skid. He has put life of me and my little kids in danger. At least he should not behave like this when there are kids on bike. There was dispute between us on road. Sorry from my side. But should we expect the driver can be sensitized on driving. I hope you understand the seriousness.
I don't have details for driver but incident happened at around 1.15pm and bus number was MH14 HU6539

Nigdi and katraj bus no 43 drivers not stopping the bus at stop of bitwise.This things happen daily at 6 pm.1 hour I have to wait for bus then bus is coming but not stop at the bus stop.Condutor is saying bus is full come from next bus then same thing happen with second bus as well....

The bus was about to dash a car while trying to break the signal

Very ruddy talking and very bakvas bad management. Me bhekrainagar bus depot me enquiry ke liye gaya tha to employee log waha pe daru pite the mene enquiry kiyi to mujhe gali dene lage mene bola me police call krta Hu to bole police hamara kuch bigad nhi payegi ekdam bhangar log hai. Pmpml me. Ek conductor ne to mera remaining paise nhi diye. Bhut harami log hai.

I have had face this problem since 2017. i am the regular traveler of pmpml. i have travel in this 4 year all over pune. many time i have not received my remaining ticket money. conductor have only one reason "i dont have change, i cant give you remaining money". many time i have ignore this things but i can happen with 1/10 th passenger. if they not return this remaining money, what happen with this money? pmpml have record of this extra money? who is responsible for this situation? by doing this thing conductor arrange their tea and nasta money. if pmpml not accepted this my complaint then they should show record of extra money. please solve this problem because many passenger grinds under this situation. i request to pmpml chief please take it seriously its not a joke. i have some solution on this but i will present this solution in front of pmpml CEO.

Hello...this complaint is about rough driving of PMT bus on local crowded roads..during day time.driver driving buses at high speed.not following traffic rules..we send our children on bicycle... please see to it..

We are resident of Lohegaon and would like to draw your attention to a common problem wrt to the route of 158A

This bus plys between
Manapa Bhavan To Dadachi Padal / मनपा भवन ते दादाची पडळ

Earlier there was a vacant plot at Dadachi Padal /दादाची पडळ where this bus used to turn around to start new journey..Now that vacant plot is not available for use, there by in each trip the driver of the bus has to turn the bus for backward journey...
This is often done on road itself and leads to trafic Disruption/ Jamming of Wagholi Road, also the driver becomes frustrated as he has to maneuver the bus within restricted space, also there is always a possibility for any accident/ incidents which may happen any time..
All this happens in each trip made by the bus..

SOLUTION SUGGESTED:

Wagholi bus stand is nearly 3-4 KM from 
Dadachi Padal / दादाची पडळ, if you extend the route of this bus up to Wagholi bus Stand all problem will be solved, and it would be more convenient for citizens also.

We request your favour in the matter and place our humble grievance for implementation

Note: The complete area of lohegaon and wagholi is under PMC jurisdiction now, so it can be done easily..

My self shubham kadam... My brother gave the money for ticket but conductor working there taken money & said to my brother wait for some time l will give you ticket but he didn't..and suddenly checker came and at that instant my brother hasn't ticket..he refused to them give penalty but checker threatened him and taken money from brother..Is this way to behave with person who do not dare to talk...I am sending receipt of penalty.. Take necessary...

Today[protected], i have wait for local city bus to went to keshan nagar mundhawa pune 36 but since last 1 hour no any single bus arrival or departure at or from manpa stop towards to keshavanagar mundhawa, bus no 168 and 169. Also govt employees are using bad words toward civilians. This type incidence are seen in many time in pmpml. No any action taken by concern team or management against employees of pmpml. Each n every person realizes that pmpml employees have a "baap raj". No one hear complaints against employees of pmpml. Also pmpml started complaints forum in 2010 but now days no single call pick by concern system. The number is[protected]. Also big and major issued is concern employees are playing games on duty.

Sir i have to say that i visited pune first time. I just caught a pmpl bus, bus no. C-931, route no.163/2, conductor no.3495 from pune junction for kharadi gaon as i am coming from other states i didn't know about local routes so i just asked bus conductor for this that i have to go kharadi gaon aaj for the ticket.
Bus conductor said to me that don't worry this is last stop of this bus i will make your ticket after a while after sone stops i again asked conductor for ticket but he said the same then in last stop when everybody is going out from the bus then i asked for ticket and was confirming about my location but at the same time a ticket checker called me asked me to show my ticket i simply said that bus conductor did not give me ticket on my relentless request.
Checker told me you have to pay rs. 300 fine with very rude behaviour as a person from different state i didn't know marathi, that tc asked for goverment id, i gave him they was scolding me for fine.in the whole incidence i asked conductor for location as well as for ticket but he make a plan with other staff fined me rs 300. At last i have to pay fine as i don't know marathi so nobody helped me there. This was first and worst experience of pune always.
Hope you will take some actions against conductor and ticket checker.

The bus didn't stopped at the stop fergusson college pune. Then following that bus i travelled through rickshaw till shivajinagar bus stop pune. It's a new bus in morning itself i travelled through that bus till fergusson college pune and after the end of college i waited a long then this bus at the time of 2:51pm on dated 24th august 2019 didn't stopped to rather i travelled through rickshaw following the bus. And reached the shivajinagar bus stop. Then i asked driver do this bus travel in from of fergusson college pune then he said no and conductor replied same and even conductor said it don't travel from that route. That really means i was joking to travel daily from bharti vidhya peeth dhankawadi to fergusson college. Please take a complaint of this bus (Mh 12 rn 6068) because i had made a pass for travelling not for joking whole day. And i have clicked the picture of new bus. Please raise this complaint so that the students travel daily for their studies should not have problem. India should know how drivers and conductor skip the stops to reach early.

I am daily commuter from hadapsar to chinchwad.
Today (21st august'19), i boarded the bus from hadapsar - gadi thala to pune station. It was an electric bus, while i was boarding the bus the doors got closed without me entering the bus properly i was on the stairs. My hands got stuck in between the doors, i cried loud then only the driver and conducter opened the doors.
I tried calling the pmpml but the call did not connect.
The conductor should always be present at the doors to check the passengers have boarded the bus or not, but at that time the conductor was not there. The driver closed the door.
My hand is hurt and it has swelling.
Who will be taking the responsibility for this. I am senior citizen, there is no safety for the passengers.

Hi dear,

Today i experiences a worst situation in pmpml bus. I was traveling with my friend from wipro circle phase 2 to hinjewadi phase 3. I gave conductor rs 200, i don't what happened to him, he suddenly start shouting initially in hindi then marathi. I told i don't have change and he is holding good amount of change, but still he argued with me. Then i told i will raise a complaint he was like "jaa krle".

Seems like this guy is some gunda who is not afraid of any law.

Please take strict action against him.

On 28/05/2019, my wife and daughter boarded from seasons mall to magarpatta by pmpml bus (No mentioned in the ticket is 167/3-i trip:8) and asked rs 05/- ticket (5x2=10). But he gave them rs 20/- ticket (10+10=20) stops printed in the ticket are "kirtane baug to hadapsar gadital”. When asked the reason to charging excess amount than the destination asked for, he exhibited rude behaviour to the women and scolded in his local language. Neither he did accept his mistake nor behaved in the manner as per the etiquette stipulated to a responsible employee.

Want the excess amount and proper apology from the staffer.

Frequency of pmpml buses to hadapsar is very less. I'm student of garware college. Our college time is 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. It is very frustrating for many students like me to wait for buses instead of spending time in studies. We all are requesting you to please solve our problem. Since our are coming, we need to spend more time on studies. But it takes at least 1 hour to waiting for buses. And the route is of 1:30 hours. We all are requesting you to please solve our problem.

It is very frustrating experience with pmpml bus number 100.
Although there is bus scheduled for 9pm from manapa to hinjewadi but they are denying saying there is no bus scheduled for 9pm. They asked people to wait till 9.30pm for another bus. People waited and as soon as people started enquiring about bus number 100, they it's on the way, refilling gas.
They keep on saying this till 10.10 pm
At end people started traveling alternative route or few of them booked cab. When only 2-3 people remained, they said bus for 9.30pm is cancelled. What the hell, what a poor management. They had got 10-15 standing there, 10-15 drivers and conductors, still they could not arrange single bus.

At mnp the bus no 169 mnp to keshav nagar via koregaon park, is never on time in morning.
I have to attend ofice daily on this route.
The conductor and driver never take the schedule seriously, and when we ask they give any busllshit reasons.
Plz take any action asap as it is happening on daily basis.
This happens on lohegaon 158 bus service also as the buses start from same point the office near by has lazy staff

Sir, i wa wating on iti bus stop for bus route number 21from sangvi to swargate on 9th december at 8.15a. M. No bus came from sangvi till10.00 a. M. Then i was waiting for bus to sangci route no 21 from swargate on 11/12/2018 at 7.40p. M. As per time table on app of pmpml sheduled time aws 8.00p. M. On enquiry to controller a t swargate bus stand, he told me bus wiil start after8.30 i showed him time table, he replied it is outdated and he has no drivers or conductors available. Many have been suspended. On demand for copmplait book, he replied that it is not available at stand. He further said that he has no buses so sangvi route buses are cancelled. I request you to keep complaint book on stand and when after every 10minutes sangvi buses are scheduled why it is so delay.

I am common man want to ask you how serious you are ?
I used to travel daily on vishranwadi to corporation route by bus. But every time I have to wait for almost 45 to 60 minutes.
You have written difference between 2 buses is 10 min at bank of Maharashtra Shivajinagar board. R u mad? Do you want any family members of yours to wait for bus for 1 hr daily?
Don't underestimate common man please otherwise one day all will come together to protest.
I request you increase frequency of buses on vishranwadi route after 12.00 pm.

Today this bus is assigned to nigdi to katraj route number 42.
I got this bus at 07:14pm at coep hostel bus stop. The driver of this bus is not opening the back door of bus at certain bus stops such as modern college, balgandharv, alka talkies, sambhaji maharaj vidyalay, & lokmanya nagar. He opened the door only at deccan bus stop and dandekar pool bus stop. When we ask conductor about this matter he replied that back door will open at dandekar pool bus stop. Because of this foolish reason i have to wait for dandekar pool bus stop for landing whereas i have to landed at alka talkies where he not opened the door. The bus have very crowded so i am not able to go to the front door. Also the conductor don't have manners to interact with people's.

Morning 8.10 am bus starts from bakthi shakthi (Nigadi) to hinjawadi. Please do not depute lady conductors in the over crowded bus. They will not move from backside to frontside for issuing tickets. Many people get down without taking tickets. Finally after repeated requests from passengers, those who were not willing to travel without tickets, the driver had to stop the bus twice in different places, got down from the bus, and ask the conductor to come front to distribute the tickets. Interesting part, lady conductors does not know ticket cost and asked the passengers for ticket cost and given tickets.
Please do not depute lady conductors those who are not trained to busy routes like hinjawadi.

Bad service by pmpml. Buses are not available on time, drivers and conductors are not disciplined & punctual. Passengers have to suffer from their casual attitude. Please train them well. Availability of buses at viman nagar rout is rare and whatever buses are available drivers & conductors are not co operating well for the same.
8am bus from pune station to viman nagar doesn't depart on time.
The driver anil is a manners less person and a lady conductor doesn't have the manners how to talk with the passengers even when they are at fault.
We as the citizen of india, paying the tax to govt. So in return we expect at least for good public transport.
When mr. Tukaram mundhe was the in charge of pmpml, at that time the frequency was also good & bus used to come on time. But now the picture is totally opposite.
Requesting pmpml to increase the quality of services.
"pm modi alone can not change everything, lets be the part of the change with him".

Pmpl Pune sucks... Have no manners how to deal with passengers. If by mistake a passenger lose his/her ticket you people charge 300 to 500 for a single person for jst 15 to 20 rupees ticket.. disgusting service by pmpl Pune. Even d mistake can be done by you people also.. requesting you to please think once before doing this stupidity.. you people are disgusting and i[censored] want to charge customers for their mistake of loosing ticket please keep in mind that we are also humans nd earning by living away from home... In night you people are stoping girls even after they bought the ticket... Have some shame Pmpl pune.. u wanted to take grls to police station without a lady police.. and that is just for a 15 rupee ticket.. have you people lost your mind.. Shame on you pmpl... Think before you do and act. Atleast if it is about girls and old age people.. Respect people who are your regular passengers atleast..

Driver not stopped bus on stop. Then i said to stop the bus. He was used very abuse word to me. To make complaint against him, i was trying to capture pic of bus for bus details, he was driver bus on me. That was very terrible. I request you please take strict action against driver. Regarding Narhegao shaniwarwada bus .there are so many colleges & schools but bus is only 1 per hour, it's very bad condition, that buses are not time also . These students are our future. Please notice that . There is no any bus timetable on dhayri phata. In dhayri phata, bus stop is not provided for sitting, we r standing only for waiting of bus .
