The conductor of the bus was saying to me that the bus pass was not work here but as i know girls bus pass work in both govt nd private buses the conductor of this bus was very rude and doesn't have speaking sense as i am a girl he disrespect me in front of every body but still i used my pass and when we reached i clicked the picture of his bus no. He says click a picture of me not of my bus he also says do whatever you wanna do. Plz take a strictly action against him the bus no is HR 58 B 7809

Yesterday night at 22:10 I booked bus ticket for my friend Salman from chennai to Malappuram, bus time was 23:00, but after booking ticket I saw the boarding point vellupuram bus stand, it means bus already gone from chennai, when I was taking ticket bus was running, it seems they were cheating me, how can I reach there from chennai to vellupuram in 30 minutes. So I missed that bus and I canceled it when they called me . Now their customer is telling they can’t refund my money.. it was really cheating me. So i want to refund my money

Inbetween gandhipark to gandhipuram bus route in coimbatore, tamilnadu. Mostly all private buses collect extra charges from passenger everyday even every trip, if we asked questions, they refusing to answer or giving harsh words to us... I was humililated by one conductor yesterday. Pls take some actions on them and prevent that looting...

This is balaji from coimbatore, working as assistant professor in a private engineering college. I am going to lodge a compliant against a Private city bus which is running between maniakarampalayam and ondipudur (9S). The bus number is TN38 BB-3333. This private bus driver is driving with over speed. The conductor is behaving very rude manner with passengers. Their prime focus is only to overtake the government bus which is running in the same route. Simply to show the collection report, the conductor is always making hurry with passengers for getting down and to board in to the bus. Especially, they are treating the old age passengers in a rude manner. Therefore, the concerned transport officer should take necessary action immediately, then only the public will feel happy. Please do needful.
