I have done online recharge of my Railwire Broadband Service on 14th December 2023, Bill no. - 12835. However, broadband service told that they are having payment gateway issue due to which the recharge was not successful and they will return this deducted money within 7- 10 days. It is been 25 days that I have'nt recieved the deducted amount....

I'm facing an internet issue for 3days, I'm calling the respective representative and he is not picking up my calls.

This is not my first time facing an internet connection issue. When I call for help, the respective person is not answering, and he is just sending a text message saying that will come in 30 minutes. They always wanted to do. When the issue came they don't even try to come and resolve it.

I wanted to cancel the service because it was not upto standards. I filed it as per their cancellation policy and guidelines and they promised to resolve it asap. It's been more than a year they haven't taken any action yet. It has become irritating and time draining activity now to call them regularly. Kindly look into it.

I have been calling everyone in railwire to repair the internet as there is no internet for the last many hours. Many of their phones are switched off. MrVinod has attended but no one has come to repair it so far. Now Mr Vinod of railwire, Jabalpur is also not responding. Poor services. Pl send someone to repair it.

Got railwire installed 2mnths back, the connection is poor and for 2-3hrs in a day thr is no connectivity.

I have written to the itmssupport but to no avail. They have asked me to share my bank statement on 12.01.2022 after so much of correspondence, which I am not comfortable sharing. I had requested for WiFi connection to residence. I was told that I have to pay for the wire which I agreed ( 24 thousand) 1.5 km line.After pulling the wire they are now forcing me to take the most expensive plan per month which is way beyond my budget. Therefore I request you to kindly ask your vender to take the cable back. They should not keep consumer in dark. Not able to get any connectivity since 9th December. The complaint was raised on 10th December and I have been continuously trying to follow up. The local team is unresponsive most of the time. Customer care number is practically unreachable as it fails to detect the responses.

They give me very poor facilities . A distributor get +5dbm power in olt .they atleast give us -17 dbm power. But i get -25dbm power in that reason my latency get higher aou internet connection fluctuations . Please do something about this distributor

& Am Using Railwire Broadband before 1½ Year, But from the last few days Am got a very very Low speed like 30-35Mb/s, while My plan is 150mb/s. When I called to my Internet Service Provider Agent, for a while The speed is about 150mb/s. But After Sometime as it is . So please check it and provide me a Stable internet Speed.

I opted for railwire 9 months before for broadband speed of 100 mbps but I hardly received 30 mbps on that time. I raised with the team many times but they only fixed the issue last week.
